Purchased this device for my wife and she loves it. Real sleek design and similar OS to her 3 year old Galaxy Note. They said that the UW is a step down from the S20 but it's really not noticeable unless you're super techy. Great phone.

I have used iPhone and Samsung and always liked to use the Samsung more for the customization and extra memory you could use but was sad to find out this did not have a micro SD slot

First off, this phone does not come with a Micro SD slot for extended memory, even though advertisement says so. With that said, still a great phone. Got a great deal for renewing my Verizon contract on this phone as well.

Works great much faster than my S8. Glad I made the jump my S8 was full and had slowed down a lot over the years. The Samsung app for migrating my data worked seamlessly as well.

I waited until a Verizon 5G tower went up in our neighborhood before reviewing this phone. The speed with a solid 5G connection is outstanding! It beats the speed the phone gets through my high-end WiFi router.

Using Smart Switch app I was able to transfer all data from old Galaxy to new one. All functions appear to work flawlessly. Battery time appears to last as advertised. I purchased phone while on sale at Best Buy.

My only complaint about the Verizon version is there is no SD card in the phone. Apparently, they needed room inside for the 5G antennae.

Great phone easy to transfer very similar to s10. I do miss the headphone Jack since I hook my phone to my car aux had to by special adaptor just to listen to my music. I feel that's the only down fall.

Awesome phone! Coming from a Pixel 2 and HTC one before that. Not sure that I could live with Samsung UI. Using Nova launcher so pretty customizable. Screen is gorgeous! Excellent product!

Buyer beware. Verizon S20's with 5G UW do not have expandable storage. There is no way to add a micro SD card. Didn't know this until the box was opened and phone transfer was complete. SAMSUNG says it was an agreement made for Verizon about the 5G...a service that we will never get where we live. Thanks Verizon for making that decision for us. Other than that... nice phone...great camera. I personally would have returned the phone if the phone was for me but my son is happy. He upgraded from an S7.

Great phone, has lasted for all this time. Recently has stopped recognizing my fingerprint despite reprogamming. Planned senescence?

Not much of an upgrade from the S9+, and you lose the headphone jack and SD card support.

Our daughter loves it, so that's the biggest positive. Haven't heard any complaints which would be plenty from a teenager. Does everything she needs with flying colors.

Phone works great, only issues are with the provider. We live in a pretty rural area and service is spotty. It is however much better than our previous phone. Camera in this phone is amazing.

Phone is dope and has made my life more fulfilling. The camera takes wonderful pics of my daughter and family. The rest is standard Samsung Galaxy quality.

Works fine and solidly built. Disappointing that there is no SD card slot and overpriced for the features.

I've really enjoyed the phone. I loved I can customize the phone alot. Great battery life. Very impressed with the face and finger unlock. I was worried it would struggle but it works great.

Honestly it feels more of the same going from an S9 to this. Doesn't have a designated Bixby button which is a pro for me, I would accidentally press it from time to time. Screen wise still only 1080p. Also missing aux cord port. As for the 5G I haven't really felt much of a difference but than again it's still new so it could surprise me in the future. All in all it is a good phone for the Galaxy S series if you need to upgrade, but if not it's difficult still to highly recommend getting a new phone. Would be best to get this phone on sale or wait for the 2021 model.
