The S20 FE is working well. The screen is very clear (and big) and the cameras produce chart photos. I'm still getting used to the larger size (vs. my old S6) but the extra real estate on the screen is nice so more apps icons fit on each. The price was the main differentiator vs the other S20 Galaxies, $100s less, and overall I'm very pleased with the S20 FE

Fast, plenty of memory, great screen - flagship specs for hundreds of dollars less. I don't mind the plastic body - I use a case anyway. If I have a complaint (and it's a mild one) photos that contain blue (sky, water, etc.) tend to get very blue. The camera could be a little more true-to-life. But otherwise, for $500, this phone can't be beat.

The phone arrive quickly and was easy to connect to my existing Sprint account. As with any transition from one brand to another (came from an LG 6) there were a few subtleties to learn. But all the apps transferred from old to new with little effort. This phone was selected for the large memory along with the memory expansion on microSD. It was also a step up to 5G which has only been available few times in the area where we live. The increase in screen size was noticeable and works better for the fat-fingered typist.

Android Samsung phones are easy to use. Perfect size.

Having been an android user and specifically A Samsung Galaxy User (3,5,7,10 and now 20) I can say this is a great device. Not better or worse than other Samsung phones in so far as the phone component! Calls, texts, and e-mail are all robust in all situations. Although not a photographer I will say this device's camera is amazing. on the occasions i've looked back at pictures, the resolution and ability to zoom on is like I've never seen!

This is an upgrade from a Samsung S8. I actually prefer the size of my S8, if the S8 were to use the full screen like the S20 FE does. I have read some reviews that said that the fingerprint reader through the glass does not work well. Well, it works much much better than the button on my S8. I like every thing about this phone except that it is too long. I also prefered the volume buttons under my thumb rather than my fingers. I sometimes confuse the volume buttons with the lock button, which are now all on the right side. I really have little to complain about considering I only paid $399 for such a feature rich phone.

So far really good phone. Great speed. Love the camera quality. Only downside is it took a whole month to arrive. Thats the only reason why I gave 4 stars and not five.

So far has been a great purchase. Upgraded from a Galaxy S8+ because my phone will not wotk with 5g networks carriers are all moving to,. Screen size is a little larger but features are pretty much the same. Slowly learning them all. Sale price was great and I chose this model due to the fact that the S21 versions do not have external memory card slots. So far everything works good and I like my nee phone.

Nice device. Love the size and camera. 5g works well. Only complaint is the color of the phone.

Upgraded from a 4yr old S7 edge, so obviously nice to have a longer battery life, more storage space and some of the better features of a brand new phone. Overall so far, (and maybe when the next Android update comes available to the FE), it will get better, but in terms of speed, touch screen reaction etc, the S7 was still just as good as this phone. Happy with it so far after 1 month though.

Wife needed a new phone after breaking her prehistoric galaxy 6. Yes her gold galaxy 6 and then she broke my most beloved gold note 5. This was a much needed upgrade packed with the latest features to control our home through all the integrated smart applicstions

So far, the Samsung S20 FE 5G is great. The purchase from Best Buy was smooth. Set up was assisted by my carrier. This is one spot where Bedt Buy fell flat. All I got from them was transferred 4 times and ultimately, no help at all.

New phone since older one maxed out. So far, so good with the Samsung S20 Fe. Recommend the 128 GB so no shortage of storage. Fairly easy to get used to vs my older Samsung.

Great buy! Excellent features. Very happy so far. Sprint deal provided the phone at no cost with a two year contract. I have long been a fan of Samsung phones.

I'm really glad that the Samsung rep told me that this phone was the right fit for me. The price was considerably less than the one I originally had my eyes on. Nice not having a glass back cover. I wish that there were indication lights for when I receive alerts.

Great phone. The camera is wanting, and it is hard to use the edges of the screen when playing mobile games, but the battery life is GREAT compared to the mid-range of Galaxy phones.
