Decent phone but for the price compared to the others I’d recommend this one over the others. It does the same for a cheaper price. Only gripes I have is the speaker phone cuts out and Sammy bloatware. Overall I’m sort of satisfied.

    Decent But Not Without Issue

Good performance overall on games such as Genshin Impact and everyday use is mostly smooth and responsive. The plastic back is not an issue either. There are occasional stutters if I switch through apps very quickly which I expected to be better given that this is a 120hz display. The battery life could be better as well as he thermals. If you want a better telephoto lens you would be better off buying the S20 or S20+ which also has LIDAR. Normal lens and the ultra wide are fantastic even in low light. My main gripe with this phone is that sometimes the touch screen wont respond requiring a restart or in the inverse, it ghost touches. These issues are widely reported and I hope software updates fix them; the third one did not. If it is hardware related I hope their is a free repair or swift recall. If this is not fixed the phones rating must drop to a 2/5 as you cannot have issues with the main device input even on a midrange phone. I'd rather have a working Motorola E series.

Has some bluetooth issues and screen buttons(the home, back and windows) stop working here and there. Had to restart it a couple of times already since the screen/bluetooth bugged really hard. Camera is amazing, I'm really impressed with it. Battery life is insane, I use it for like 3 hours during the day, with max brightness and bluetooth on headphones, and also with 4G on all the time. By the end of the day there's still 50% or more left of battery. Its only worth it if you buy it with a discount, otherwise get another phone.

For this phone not being a plus, it is a bit on the bigger side. Holds a lot of documents, photos, downloads which is a plus. Back up is a bit small compared to the amount the phone can hold, so may have to purchase the upgrade to backup everything. Some times depending on certain apps, it likes to freeze for about 5 seconds. Could just be the app itself however, speaking to a few others with this same phone, they've had similar issues with freezing within different apps as well. Camera is amazing! Overall a decent phone with great storage.

Unlocked model does not support current Verizon 5G

Be warned- the unlocked S20FE 5G is not compatible with Verizon’s mmWave 5G, only sub-6, which has yet to be rolled-out by Verizon. I honestly don’t understand why Samsung would release an unlocked version that does not provide full functionality on all carriers, what is the point? Although I was able to get a great deal on this phone, I will have to return it, as I use Xfinity Mobile and they operate on Verizon’s towers, thus requiring the S20FE 5G UW (Ultra Wide) model that is currently only produced for Verizon contracts. What a confusing mess for the average consumer that purchases this expecting to take full advantage of 5G capability across all carriers.

It's fine. It has the bells and whistles that I wanted. I just don't really love Samsung phones. I came from a Pixel and I prefer Pixel. But by the time I realized it, it was too late to return it. So we're still together a few years later. It's fine. It does the things. Not worth upgrading just yet.

Only purchased because it's a Samsung (should be reliable) and has a micro SD slot . We needed a quick solution in the same day and needed the micro SD slot (or else spend hours transferring data to another phone) The phone has a weird shape to it . Longer than other phones. Quality feels ok. Camera is great.

Love this Phone! Super Fast I Love The Camera and So Many Different Features One Of My Favorites is To Erase The Background in My Photos. Smooth interchange Between Apps. A Lot Of Space For Everything and More Because You Can Also Add a Micro SD Card! Charges Fast & Lasts All Day. I used Samsungs Smart Switch To Move All Files Photos Apps It Worked Wonderfully! I Upgraded From a Samsung S7! So It Has Been Awhile Since I Had a New Phone Im Still Learning Everything. I Highly Recommend This Phone and You Get a Fantastic Cell Phone at $699.00

Day 2 with the new phone. Not fun getting used to it. My old 7 was much more intuitive and once again all of the peripherals have changed so my collection of car chargers and other cords around the house are worthless. the battery doesn't charge as fast as I was told nor does it seem to last as long. The settings are harder to find and or there are many less of them. Google is way intertwined with this phone.

3 stars for an "average" phone for this price range. Moving from a Note 5, my sharp eyes do notice the 1080p lower resolution. Also, the 120hz is just a gimmick, you will run this at 60hz for the battery life savings. The 120hz mode didn't seem to be at a steady 120hz either. But considering the options on the market available at the moment this was the best value I could find.

Pre-purchased this phone then settled for navy over mint color 2 weeks later due to ordering error. Want to love this phone, but the glitches such as the hypersensitive keys and screen freezing make using it frustrating. Hope a solution is coming

I bought this Samsung phone as a standby phone. Build quality is okay, the backplate looks and feels like cheap plastic. Battery life is average. Camera quality also not really good. There are better options than ths phone.

It is okay. I really think the Pixel line-up is far superior. Samsung UI feels more like bloatware, and the screen is quite fragile.
