I've been wanting to upgrade my Galaxy S7 to a new S20. I found that the S20 FE had all of the features I wanted at an excellent value.

Purchased for my sister. She absolutely loves the clarity, ease of use, size, etc. No issues with audio or bluetooth pairing.

Samsung makes really decent products and this phone is definitely a very nice product for its price range.

In a month's use, the power button came off.I never dropped the phone or any other sort of damage.Button just came of with use. Samsung warranty did not cover this.I had to spend 160$ to get it fixed because you have to change the entire screen to place a new button.The new button has the same problem.It dances around in its place.

Good value phone. Lock screen acces isn't great. Didn't read fingerprint well and the wrong buttons and letters are often selected. Phone itself if well with it otherwise.

Broke old phone. Picked this new phone because it was available. After 4 hours I almost have it set up the way I want.

As someone who owned a Blu G80 and switching to this was a huge upgrade and it has been completely well worth the purchase

I went in for a purchase on a phone for my father. Immediately was met with skepticism and no one wanted to help. Only avoided me or judged me by appearance. Only making side comments to each other. Finally a gentleman approached that worked for your store and I told him my intentions for purchase. I wanted the best so requested the note line. He asked me about carrier options and I requested unlocked. Then they all of a sudden didn't have much. And one person said sprint doesn't do cards or kits but when I got home he had a card in his original phone from sprint. All's well that ends well. I think they should have at least known what they had on hand instead of making me dance around their questions like a fool being led around. I asked what was in stock, they said the s20 FE edition. Reluctantly, I accepted, but considering my Father is happy with the cell phone since he hasn't upgraded in years I am pleased. I also opted for the monthly geek squad and an official case from Samsung. I will say service was fair, but presumptuous and profiling. I will be refunding the geek squad protection as a result but, thank you for your time, take care.

This is my best investment in cell phone. I do not see any of the issues others have.

Good phone does what i need it to do have verizion 5 g service not sure if its the phone or verizion have a hard time getting internet at times.

Its a great phone. A lot cheaper than regular S20. Has all the same features except less Ram. But you cant notice a difference.

Great phone overall. Samsung does not disappoint. Great camera specs. I've had older galaxy phones and have no complaints with this phone.
