Poor camera

Had it one hour before returning it. cost me several hundred dollars as a Samsung promotion only applied to pre orders. I tried the camera in several modes to find the constant search to focus quite annoying. returned for S20+ - that all said 1500 later wished I kept the note 10

Ordered new phones payed over 700.00 and it's been a month and haven't received a call nor our order. How come we don't get told it will take over a month to receive a phone that others got that day by ordering through their phone company.
