A: From going to their stores and asking that same question, I've always gotten a yes. However, 3 out of 4 times i've gone to the stores, the employees have told me they are improperly trained to deal with certain aspects of the merger. Thats why I just did it on BestBuy.com and picked up the new phone at a Best Buy

A: Samsung has increased trade-in value for the Ultra---it is also including a 512 GB SD card with purchase.
Q: What are the physical dimensions of this phone?
A: It is only a little bit thicker than my S9+ about the same width-my hand fits the same and about a third of an inch taller. it is much bigger, and heavier in a case-buy the most protection I got a "military grade protection" case from Spigen for $15
