    Good phone overall

Good phone. Had it just a little over a year now. Only issue I'm having is battery life has died down quite a bit. Part of it is my settings and part is me charging. I'm a truck driver, so I'm always trying to keep it charged for maps and communication. One major complaint I have is trying to find chargers to use for vehicles for fast/super-fast charging. If you don't use a fast charge or super-fast charger, it will take FOREVER to charge the device. I had a wireless/Qi charger in my truck, but it didn't hold up well for this phone. Found a charger at a stop that seems to work for now though. Overall, I think the phone is good, fast, and user friendly. I would recommend for some office type of applications and videos. Camera is great on this phone. Not a pro photographer but there are some great capabilities within this phone that I know I haven't discovered in the 1yr+ I've had it. Added some pics I've taken with the phone for those who want to know what the camera is like from an amateur user.

Moving to this phone from the S9+ is amazing. I do miss the swipe down on the fingerprint sensor for notifications and the LED indicator light, but other than that this phone is better in every way. The camera is amazing. Running it at 120Hz 1080p is very smooth and good to look at. The battery life is awesome. I use it all day and don't have to charge for the first time in a while. Lol.

It was time to upgrade my phone, and I wanted a better camera. It is an extravagance considering its high cost, but the camera doesn't disappoint. I also wanted 5G for the future, though here in North Dakota, there are no 5G towers in range. The phone works fine on 4G for now and I'll be able to upgrade my account when and if I think it's necessary. I've uploaded photos from the camera to display the quality of the images. These images are unedited except for the watermark, minor cropping, and compression to fit the review file size allotted.

I purchased this at launch, with the key features (to me) being the screen and camera performance. The screen quality and 120hz will ruin every other touch screen experience for you, but the camera left a lot to be desired at the time of purchase. However, I'm happy to report that with recent updates it's been exactly what I was hoping for - the camera performance is outstanding. Additionally, the UI is excellent (paired with 120hz screen it's as smooth of an experience as I've ever had with a phone) battery easily lasts 2 days and call quality is great.

I never buy expensive cell phones I'm always able to accomplish what I need with a 75$ to 100$ cell. Nothing compares to this ultra and never did I think I would spend 1,300$ on a phone but worth it especially after BESTBUY gave me 600$ for my s10 and the 200$ in Samsung bucks for preorder they let me take the phone and my s10 home to do my transfer because the store was closing and the next day I took my s10 to them.

Very happy with this new phone. Came from a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus on Verizon. Now have the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra on Verizon. About me. A power user. Use it all day long for personal and business from 7 am to midnight. Phone, messaging, photos, emails, document review, some games, social media and occasional YouTube/Netflix/Amazon Prime. - Extra big screen is very nice. - Device is beautiful. - Runs buttery smooth and quick. - Photos are very good. - The size does NOT feel too big for me. It's a bit taller than my S10+ was, but not significantly enough to change the feel, which I was already used to. - Using the 120 refresh rate setting, it's amazingly smooth. A noticeable improvement. One thing which is not a dealbreaker for me but should be mentioned, it's heavy. Probably from the large battery. Doesn't ruin the experience for me at all, but I definitely notice it when I'm in bed at night holding my phone up above me with one hand. The weight is noticeable. Another thing is that the battery life is good, but if you have the 120 refresh rate, it dings the battery life significantly. I'm okay with that because I have charging cradles in my car, my work desk and at home, so it's never a problem. But still worth mentioning.

Bought in 2020, it served me well. I was really rooting for Samsung since I changed from apple. Might just be this line, but the screen randomly turned all white or all green today. I'm sad because I took such good care, not one scratch, never dropped or ever been under any water. I can barely see anything but touch still works. So, it's a screen issue, it failed on me shortly after the recent update. Started with faint grey line static but I figured I could deal with it. Didn't expect this though. Had to enter pin by memory and miraculously backed up my phone when the screen temporarily came back(fully normal too? but only for 3 hours), but now I think its staying dead screened. A little nervous to rely on this phone, might have to trade in for apple again? It was a very pretty phone though with long lasting battery life and amazing zoom/photo quality.

The screen on this near 7" beast is amazing! Go to YouTube and watch some of the 8k videos... The screen is big. I've always had a big phone, but this is a phablet. It's too big for one handed operation, except simple tasks. The fingerprint scanner takes some time getting used to and doesn't seem to with correctly 100%. The video stabilization for the camera rattles inside the phone. I tried to take mine back thinking it was broken. Otherwise, this is the latest Android, super fast, excellent cameras and screen. Is it worth the price tag? For me it is, but I'm coming from an S8+ I had some they were new. I anticipate I'll get several years out of this one before upgrading again. P.S. the 5G is a major plus when you live in a metro area like I do.

I pre-ordered the S20 Ultra and have been using for 5 days. the phone I upgraded from was the Note 9, which I used for the last 1 1/2 yrs. I was concerned that it was going to be too big / heavy, but I have been pleasantly surprised that it is just a tad bigger and the weight is a non issue. This phone is better in every way; Battery is fantastic so far, after over 15 hrs of moderate usage I still have 40% left. It is much faster w/the 120 mhz. Awesome display and the camera is great, esp w/the 10x and 30x zoom. The 100x is kind of a gimmick but it is fun to play around with. The 5g is no big deal at the moment, but should come in play in the future. I noticed someone commented about having an issue with the finger print scanner and volume controls being on the right side of the phone but I have no issue with it and have already gotten use to it.

Samsung went all out with the s20 ultra! Fluent connectivity, great sound, ease of navigation thru apps internet and everything else! The camera is off the chain with 100x zoom, selfish camera shots are upgraded, and you won't be disappointed with the other upgrades in the camera! A little awkward to take screenshots but durable. It's a bigger phone with that said it has more bang for the buck! Share power with other devices when your galaxy buds,or another compatible device about to power off you can charge with Samsung galaxy s20 plus with no problem! A lot of features that I can't think of them all you need to get to know! Get yours today!

No surprise here... it's a Samsung Galaxy phone, did you expect a bad review? It is as advertised: amazing screen, awesome refresh rate, unbelievable amount of memory for a phone, a long lasting battery, and a really good camera (future updates should improve it even more). Is it expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for. If you like big phones and don't mind a heavier phone (it's not that heavy and you get used to it quickly), then you cannot go wrong with the S20 Ultra.

The phone is fast and powerful with no noticeable lag, a fantastic refresh rate and a nice camera. It is quite large, so that takes a bit of getting used to. As always its overpriced, even though it is a powerful mini computer. But we have all come to expect that.

Having gone from an S10 to an S20 I do see a difference. Faster, smoother and a better camera. No 5G yet, but at least I am ready. Battery life seems superior and Samsung & Best Buy made it easy to migrate from old phone. Face recognition in all but detent light is still "eh". Accidental touch control seems a little behind Apple, but it could just be me. Too early to say with certainty, but looks like a winner so far. This said, without the trade in allowance and Samsung cash I likely would not have gotten it due to price. They make a good effort to retain customers as this is my 5th Galaxy phone.

I've been using Motorola phones since day one and I've always been pretty happy with them. This is my first Samsung phone and I decided to go with one of the best. I will say I'm very Happy with this purchase. Phone is very Easy to use. Photos come out excellent. Text messages font can be changed by simply sliding two fingers open or close to enlarge text. 5G is very fast ! My personal opinion is phones are way overpriced but none the less , I think this is the best phone i've used.

This is by far the best phone on the market. It charges fast. The screen is amazing. It stays charged for a long time. It's super fast. The camera kills every phone camera I've had. I have an iPhone as well (the latest version) and the iPhone doesn't even come close to a comparison with the S20 Ultra. I would be this phone 10 times over.
