Customers regard the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Enabled 128GB favorably, particularly praising its camera quality, battery life, and screen size. Many also appreciate the phone's ease of use and the smooth experience provided by its high refresh rate. However, some customers find the device's price to be high and its weight noticeable. The 5G capability is also a feature that is appreciated by some customers.
Good phone. Had it just a little over a year now. Only issue I'm having is battery life has died down quite a bit. Part of it is my settings and part is me charging. I'm a truck driver, so I'm always trying to keep it charged for maps and communication. One major complaint I have is trying to find chargers to use for vehicles for fast/super-fast charging. If you don't use a fast charge or super-fast charger, it will take FOREVER to charge the device. I had a wireless/Qi charger in my truck, but it didn't hold up well for this phone. Found a charger at a stop that seems to work for now though. Overall, I think the phone is good, fast, and user friendly. I would recommend for some office type of applications and videos. Camera is great on this phone. Not a pro photographer but there are some great capabilities within this phone that I know I haven't discovered in the 1yr+ I've had it. Added some pics I've taken with the phone for those who want to know what the camera is like from an amateur user.

Moving to this phone from the S9+ is amazing. I do miss the swipe down on the fingerprint sensor for notifications and the LED indicator light, but other than that this phone is better in every way. The camera is amazing. Running it at 120Hz 1080p is very smooth and good to look at. The battery life is awesome. I use it all day and don't have to charge for the first time in a while. Lol.

It was time to upgrade my phone, and I wanted a better camera. It is an extravagance considering its high cost, but the camera doesn't disappoint. I also wanted 5G for the future, though here in North Dakota, there are no 5G towers in range. The phone works fine on 4G for now and I'll be able to upgrade my account when and if I think it's necessary. I've uploaded photos from the camera to display the quality of the images. These images are unedited except for the watermark, minor cropping, and compression to fit the review file size allotted.
