Samsung's face and fingerprint sensor still aren't quite to the level of Apple's. I've locked out the biometric access a couple of times already, but luckily you can activate facial recognition, a pin, and fingerprint all at the same time. So you've always got a way in. The camera is fantastic, and the main reason I upgraded from the S9. The phone is huge though, even more so with a case on, so don't plan on sticking it in a regular pocket or the pocket of your workout shorts because it is not a good fit.

Battery life is great, charges super fast. Lots of memory space and is upgradeable as well. Nice piece of equipment.

I play mobile games sometimes. Those really grindy games that if you have good enough units, you can just put auto on and it'll farm you the materials you need to improve them. This phone will auto farm for hours if I'm at work or watching a tv show while simultaneously using gps to take me to my destination and even play music and still have battery at the end of the day. Incredible phone.

The phone will randomly process 20 touches for a single touch until I hit the power button to put it to sleep and wake it back up. Sometimes it will process touches 2 inches or so from where I actually touch the screen. It's too narrow and cuts off the side of a lot of apps and web pages. the curved edges of the screen aren't sensitive enough and when in some games it won't register touches near the edge at all. The battery life is good and when it works it is very snappy. The camera is really good I have had Motorola, LG, and Pixel Android phones before this and liked them all a lot. Maybe there was one or two things I liked better about some more than others, but I have never hated them like I do with this phone. At this price point I should have at least found it adequate and I don't. Also I get a lot of complaints that I sound like I am under water when talking on the phone.

Just updated from G8 and love it. Tried camera but excited to take some videos and pics outside. Verizon took forever and screwed up our entire account for 7 hrs! I was unable to download info from my old phone to this one since my screen is black on my old phone which I'm not happy about. Really need a way to override security from new phone when you can't access screen from old phone, doesn't work with cable either. Did have phone backed up to Google thank goodness.

At first I was concerned it may be too big, but it's perfect! I can see everything Cleary. Camera is amazing.

This phone is everything I've ever wanted to hold in my hand. Of all the features I would come to expect from a modern cell phone, the camera is the most impressive of them all. I did expereince a little learning curve upon upgrading from my late LG V30 model of three years. This curve was minor and has since subsided. Even after a week of ownership, I continue to find a new feature from time to time; this not so little phone is packed full of them.
