Terribly phone. it has a ton of problems. dont buy it

They sold me a lemon. The phone does not turn on.

Great phone. Have been using it for past 3 years without any issues. Battery is good too as it was concern with smasu g devices in the past.

Great phone. This phone has served me well. I will be upgrading to the newest model soon

Perfect sized phone if you don't want a very large screen.

For all of the perks this phone is supposed to have, I'd be happy if it sent a simple text message with any reliability. Or the camera worked as well for me as it does for others. Even following videos, steps that they're showing (on supposedly the same model) & I can't follow because the same steps don't exist on my phone. VERY frustrating all the way around, considering this phone updates all the time & there go my settings. Not a fan.

the phone itself is nice overall hence why i'm giving it a 4/5 stars but idk if it's just me but my battery life seems to be complete crap. i fully charged it and it's now down to 71% in like 2 hours with it being in battery saving mode and i barely even touched it.

I wanted to say that I like this phone but unfortunately I had a test unit from Samsung directly and it got hot I purchased this phone and it's also getting hot I disable all the apps that I could turn the brightness down turn the heart 20 Hertz down to 60 unfortunately it's still overheating there's also a lot of talk of it overheating I'm getting really hot this is the first phone all galaxies I've owned that get too hot

My husband and I both "upgraded" to this phone just over a year ago to accommodate my husband's new hearing aids after being told by the salesperson that they were compatible, they were not. The problems with the phones started immediately after getting them all set up. Sound quality is horrible, the person on the other end of the phone complains that they can only catch every few words or I can't hear them at all for a few seconds at a time. I have this problem even in my own home connected to our internet, using Wi-Fi calling while sitting six feet away from a wi-fi extender. My husband has trouble connecting to websites that he needs for his job, the phone just gets hung up and buffers, even after restarting the handset (sometimes multiple times). Text messages frequently fail to send, but only to one specific person (who uses the same cell phone company that we do. I have had a Galaxy phone and a Samsung tablet for several years, which is probably a good thing, because if this were my first, it would most definitely be my last. I can't wait until I am eligible to "upgrade" to a new phone because I hate this phone so much. I'm on the fence as to what to purchase because I am hesitant to purchase another Galaxy phone. All I know is that I will be happy to be rid of this phone!

Best phone on the market. This is a beast and runs anything I've thrown at it. Smooth and doesn't throttle with heavy loads.

Excellent sound and call quality, and the phone is really fast for multitasking

I read all of these reviews... I am researching buying a phone, not a camera! most of these reviews are raving about the camera!!! My summation about the phone is less than acceptable: no charger battery life not as expected overheats no headphone jack no additional storage (microchip) But it take s great pictures

Upgraded from my 3 years old S9+ just to find out that S21 is at best at par with the three years old model and in some aspects even worse than it. The phone is not faster or more responsive, the screen at least at par with S9+ in real life usage, fingerprint sensor is simply terrible (always multiple attempts to unlock), the camera is laggy (probably due to more smart features that cpu isn't capable of handling in real time). Ok phone if you consider a new purchase, but you'll waste money if upgrade from anything newer than S8.

I've had galaxy's for the last four phones I've had, this one is the worst. Has charging issues and connectivity issues. I have to shut it off and turn it back on 4-6 times a day to get it to reset itself so I can send messages. Even if you turn the noise off when charging, it vibrates constantly... meaning you can't charge it near you at night. It's not comparable to the other Samsung phones I've had. I would trade it right now for my old phone if they would let me.

The worst phone I ever owned: Samsung really ruins the android experience. How can you rid it of all the Samsung crap? Who asked for it in the first place? Example: Why do I have to look at another stupid always-on-display while charging if I anyway have AOD generally on? Why do I need Samsung store, gallery, free, pass, etc. when all of that can be provided by native android? Gestures are working terribly bad. Previous Pixel phones had no trouble switching between apps, the S21 _always_ first recognises scroll-up followed by switch app. Just sucks because this hurts almost all interaction with the phone. Despite being a top-of-the-line there is plenty of lag, particularly in the camera app, but also elsewhere. Battery is really poor, not managing a full day. A previous Pixel 4 with a presumed worse battery is in reality longer lasting! It is my second Samsung but definitely the last.

This phone is a major downgrade from Samsung. It gets got and I have a issue with opening apps. I feel embarrassed to have s21 as my phone. You can no longer change the background picture on the phone. If you are willing to downgrade go for this phone. If you have a s10 or s20 do not do it. This isn't a better phone.

This phone has major issues in the US due to the recent security update and the 5G network. It causes the phone to cutting and out so you can't have a conversation. Samsung is aware and has no resolution. DO NOT BUY! This may effect the S22 line as well. Samsung is not sticking behind their product. They are playing dumb and try to get you to upgrade to another phone.

Staying away from S21 family because of no expandable SD storage. This is ridiculous. Going for S20 instead.

Why do I submit myself to this?!? Samsung products are utter trash. Fragile beyond compare and should not be available for sale in US. Prior Android phone from different mfg, was 3yrs old with no damage. Get this overweight pig of product and notice cracked corner after 4 weeks of owning.

DO NOT BUY. Dropped the phone on carpet, the Back panel is made of glass and shattered. Phone still works and front screen is fine. However, shared of glass is lodged in my finger as the back panel continues to fracture. Samsung wants me to send in phone for repair...5 days minimum. Really, no phone for 5 days?
