I miss the pen.

It was so much easier to deal with Best Buy than got to my actual phone carrier. The price was excellent for a much needed upgrade. I will purchase phones from Best Buy for now on!

Otherwise the screen images excellent the sound is way better than the Motorola and I am glad to have so much storage available

There is no longer an sd slot. The volume is dimmished due to its compact size. I am not a big fan of this model. Its just mediocre for me

I was able to get credit for my old galaxy 10+ towards my purchase. It was already on sale and was able to get it under $1000. It's a great phone with features I like.
