Not quite a year old and had been fantastic. However, the latest UI4 update has caused major problem. Phone freezes then does random restarts. It's happening more often. Samsung tells different users different things--I was told it's a software problem & to watch for an update. Sent various steps to try before claiming software issue. Tried all except factory reset which was last resort. Told others it's a hardware problem according to the Samsung community. Maybe it's time to go with an iOS phone.

I remember saying to a friend, when the Nexus 7 was a thing, they need to make a phone this size. Almost. Crazy to think they can make a phone this big and still comfortable to hold. Took me a bit to get adjusted to the weight but, it's fine now. Stunning screen. Build quality is Top Notch, as always from Samsung. If you want the best of the best from Samsung, this is your best choice.

Purchased this phone a couple of months ago, ans it has good camera results, battery get through the day even if you game and open a tons of apps but only thing i dont like is that fingerprint feature, it doesn't recognize my thumb or finger even if I captured ten times. It works only for few mintutes then it didnt work..

Sweet phone upgraded from the Galaxy S10 plus, Paired it with the Latest Defender Otterbox, Has blazing Fast 5G Speeds, Im on the T mobile network. Has a very bright Screen and Smooth typing. Screen size is quite large but just at the point of being just right and not to big. Not the cheapest phone out there, but i Feel this Edition of galaxy phone will Hold its value for quite some time. would reccomend.
