Great phone but tough for me to move on from the IOS operating system

It's good, no problem so far. Takes good pictures.

I bought this for my borhte but i didnt really love it, maybe becus im not a samsung fan

purchased 512, 16g ram for myself, now had to buy this for the partner, loved it

It's a good quality phone. More fetures compare to A70, but over priced.

So far its about the same as the phone i traded in. However i didnt get my discount that they told me id be getting which was kind of weird considering they said it would show up on my best buys credit card account. Still having issues with it that apparently nobody can solve.

Very good cell phone Samsung is the best never had problems

Hate this phone! Iam tired of purchasing cell phones that after a few months.. just don't work right! So, I paid big $ just to have the same problem. This cell is NO different then my old $300 phone. I am returning it today, the camera they claim is so good I dont agree! It's more difficult..yes but not better. NO headphone jack, slow, no on and off button, volume horrible location of button is awkward, accidentally turn it off during a shoot, side slide is awful, its heavy, i miss calls because i turn off ring on accident...dont waste your money...

After using this phone for a couple months now i wish i would of stayed with my iPhone. Its a good phone dont get me wrong, but it is for sure not so easy to use and the quality and performance is not as wonderful as the iphone.

Only two stars because of how good the camera is. Don't buy unless you want endless charging and overheating problems. I've had it for three months. Huge waste of money.

This phone is very heavy to me. They said the quality of this phone's camera is the best but I don't think so... sometimes its focus and solution was horrible

Bought open box excellent condition and the phone lagged. Had a hard time opening some apps. Was lucky enough to find an even better deal through Samsung on a brand new one and haven't had that problem

Great Features. Beautiful Screen. Only issue is no dual sim and ESIM is disabled for all US version phones. Company has no plans to enable it. Currently no way to enable ESIM

Battery dies VERY quickly, I've had it 3 weeks now so its past the "learning my usage" period I believe. The camera fails if I try to snap a picture too quickly which is ridiculous. No wall adapter. I'm really disappointed in this phone. I'm not amazed at all. Not impressed. I like the storage space. That's all I got.

Everything look ok, but it's not qualified for excellent open book as show price.I returned to Bestbuy next day and get a brand new phone same model . Because Samsung is my favorite.

Honestly not worth the cash, my note 9 was alot better this was the first samsung I've had that wasn't a note, doesn't do much to make it stand out.

Regular calls: I am still observing the phone and thinking to trade it in for another phone Samsung phone. Sometimes I would not hear a caller on the phone even after restarting the phone. But after about an hour of not using the phone, my phone conversation will be pleasant. Camera: Pictures taken indoors have better qualities than pictures taken in public.

Phone is amazing. Shipping is not paid for next day it took 3 exrra days. I keep getting the run around about shipping refund
