It wasn't very exciting. Most phones I've bought always came with some accessories. This only had the phone. No charger, no case, no earbuds. It is my fault for assuming and I should of done my research. I just thought that a company this good would of cared more for new customers. Instead I ended up going the extra mile to buy all those accessories and the total basically felt like there wasn't a discount. The phone is very nice, it has a good refresh rate and amazing camera. The screen size is decent. Processor is really fast and has a lot of RAM. Downside is no SD slot and can get scratched easily with cases. To sum it up, amazing phone but horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend because it's just a expensive box in a box.

Even after setting it up it would just freeze and turn off. I decided to just return it because we literally picked it up from the store that day .I’m not sure if they all have this issue but the one we got definitely had an issue. Hopefully the one I ordered online doesn’t have this issue when it comes.

I enjoyed for the time i owned. The device was often restarting and I learnt its a new feature added by samung to learn the usage to provide best user experience to user. I feel it’s not a feature which user need.

They do not have in store Warranty's, they sold me a phone with tiny amount of black in the top right corner of the phone barley noticeable to the eye. The fact that the half black dot is there and ive owned the phone not even a full month. Geek squad can't do anything about it. CSR's can't do anything about it. Samsung can't do anything about it. (Phone was registered to another owner previously to me) So I can't register it, best buy store representatives at Sarasota 34231 store don't care and don't want to help had me wait 35 minutes to send me out the door 3 minutes after I was greeted to be helped.
