Poor sound - terrible for calls

There is a lot of feedback and echoing when on calls. It's hard to hear when on a call or on speaker. It's also a really big phone so hard to fit in pockets or small clutch purse. The camera quality is great, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Though it takes some getting used to aming the camera in the right direction. The zoom capabilities can match some of the best DSLR's out there. However, the rest of the features are dificult grasp. I blame the point of sale people who's only interest is getting a sale. I asked if they offered any classes on this and they just shrugged their sholder. I guess the days of "Service" are long gone.
