This phome doesnt read my finger prints 9/10 times even though i added them multiple times. Rarely reads my face. Other than that; i also miss the wake up and finger scanner on the back of the phone from my s9+

The pen is so useful and once you learn how to use it. It just makes everything easier. The battery life on this phone is something i didnt know I needed. Im so use to charging my phones constantly this phone lasts all day. This phone had so many feautures you can practically customize it to your liking. The camera is unbelievable. The zoom feautures and definition creates the perfect photo to post on social media. If theres one downside to the phone is its a little touchy. Other than that is a great phone.

Not a good phone

My screen cracked a week in and they can't replace because the codes won't pass. I filed a claim and zero help. Im so disgusted with this phone
