When shopping online, a plan and device are required to purchase. I normally refer the customer to a Best Buy store to complete a transaction because it is more convenient for Prepaid. A: There should be an option for your store to activate with straight talk. It didn't work for me on my hp computer at home. My monitor is also hp so it should have worked. My store was able to provide me an already working SIM card!
