I would not recommend Best Buy insurance. It cost me $200.oo for my claim and I was sent a refurbished phone. I only had the new phone for one month.

Always a loyal Galaxy user. The 6s is no exception to the quality you'd expect from Samsung. A couple features I really liked about the 5 are not on the 6 that is why i gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

Great deal. Works great. Easy to use. Was able to move everything over from 4. Great customer service.

I wish i had known before i bought it that you cannot talk on the phone and go online. The Internet connection is lost immediately even if you have wifi.

The phone is great and with 64GB internal memory it holds a lot of stuff like pictures and moves and music. Also can load a lot of apps.

Has been freezing up a lot ....I love the fingerprint access tho !!

I would almost consider trading my Note 5 for this phone. It might be smaller but I think it does a better job of things, IMHO...

Good phone, but already having freezing issues. Maybe the s7 processor would have bee4m better way to go?

To start I'll say that I love this phone. I've had it for a week and I will say its fast the screen is awesome the amoled screen really does it justice. beautiful design. I love the OS the camera is amazing. And to top it off wireless charging is amazing. However when i hooked it up to my radio in my vehicle everything changed. When playing music trough this it comes out very high with no mid range at all. The vocals sounds distant with no depth. Add this to the sub par battery life an its really a deal breaker. It saddens me to have to return this phone but I can't handle the poor audio quality.

I'm a loyal Samsung customer. I switched from Apple to Android years ago and I'm glad I did. Little by little everyone in my family switched as well as they saw the power of Droid. Samsung has been my favorite brand. Until now. I have recently purchased 3 phones on the same day. The Samsung S6 64GB, the Samsung S6 Edge 64 GB and the LG G4. There are many great things on each phone, but let's stick with the S6: Main Pros: - It looks OK. Not much different from the S4 and S5 to the untrained eye. The Edge looks nicer, but t he S6 Edge DOES NOT have the same functionality the Note 4 Edge does! - I love the download booster. It uses the wifi AND data plan simultaneously to speed up downloads - Faster processor is good, not breath taking when compared to the S5. - Fast charging is awesome - Wireless charging is nice, but honestly it is just as easy to plug in the cable. - NFC functionality allowing use of tech tiles, easy file sharing with other Samsung phones, etc. Mains Cons: In an effort to take some of Apple's market share, Samsung is isolating and quite honestly upsetting many of its own loyal customers. I used to brag about the simplicity of being able to pull out the back cover and replace the battery and insert a micro SD card. Now, these two awesome, major selling points are GONE! The phones look better to some people, but there is a major loss in practicality. - No micro SD card slot - No replaceable battery - Short battery life - Phone runs HOT - Too much bloatware. Samsung, like Apple, inserts tons of its own undesirable, mostly not used apps. Bottom-Line. About one month observing and using the S6, the S6 Edge and the LG G4, I have to say I would definitely buy the G4. Best Buy sells them too. Take a look at the G4 specs and functionality (I won't review it here), but I will say you can still remove the back cover and replace battery and sd card on the LG.

Worst Phone I have ever had, it never connects and the bluetooth just doesnt work. Stay away

i am upset, the camera lens broke even though the phone is in a case.
