Definitely this is the best phone I have ever had. Great design, great user interface.

This is a very nice device and for a much better price than my coveted note 8 (the only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars). I am still learning new features.

Everything is exceptional. The display, Processor, Camera everything is just brilliant.

So this is my second Samsung phone as I upgraded from a J7 to the Galaxy S8. Everything about it is perfect, except the battery life is not all that great. It burns fuel like it's going out of style and if you don't put the battery saver mode on it'll be empty after a day of average usage. Now I will say I've only had this a week, and the phone says it's "learning" my usage habits, but for a $500 phone I expect to have a nuclear reactor in the thing!!! lol. Overall I don't regret my purchase, it's a great phone, but I wish the juice lasted longer.

I had an S4 and upgraded to the S8 as my S4 was out of room. Apparently, buying an unlocked phone (and not paying on installments) creates havoc with the set up and getting insurance on it. At least that was my experience. I couldn't get insurance at Best Buy because I paid in full on the phone (or so I was told), and AT&T also struggled with it. The set up took a long time because apparently there are many more steps with an unlocked phone. The phone is fine, just takes some getting used to like any new device. So far, nothing blows me away about it over the S4.

I have always gotten Samsung and prefer Android. Wierd, saved about$170 buying this instead of through Verizon! Still use Verizon service though.
