I purchased the Samsung S8 unlocked because I did not want to give in to phone leasing plus of the gift card incentive. I have not used the phone yet since it is a Christmas gift. I am concerned with the phone's vulnerability to falls and have purchased an otter-box case for it. I will update my review once the phone is in use.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy s8 at the Southfield, MI store. It was an an open box unlocked s8, and the price was great It was missing the home charger and it was discounted even more. The saleslady (she had green hair was great) was extremely professional and was great in completing the sale. She helped me pick out the usb C cord for my car charging port. This phone is amazing! 64G, it is really fast. I was going to buy a Samsung s7, but the price was excellent and I got a terrific android phone.

2 days to deliver. Lets start there. FREE, 2 day delivery. Thank you Best Buy. The phones working well. Upgraded from a backup j7. Really only used for email and calls, store my favorite music. 64 gigs more than enough for what i need. Cameras enjoyable. Lots of editing options. This phone packs more punch than i will ever need to use. I grew comfortable w the j7 i had but the screen busted. I can tell immediately this phone is going to be useful for a long time before I upgrade again.

So far the best phone I ever had. Man it's beautiful. Sleek design and powerful hardware. I did a comparison with my old phone and you certainly can feel that it's more powerful. I'm not used to it yet. But it does everything perfectly. The picture quality is superb. I love shooting video and it nails it in video quality and it does slow motion!! say whaaaat!! But sometimes it overheats under the direct sun when I record video but I think that is normal. I don't use the fingerprint sensor only because I can't find it. And the mono speaker under the phone is a downside which most of the time I cover it with my little finger and it's kinda annoying. Other than that it's freaking fast and top notch phone. I don't regret buying it . Thank you

Fone feels nice and comfortable in your hand, that being said, front and rear glass pushed me to automatically buy a case. Back to the device, by far the greatest feature is the camera, what can I say unbelievable.

I got this Samsung Galaxy 8 for a gift but changed my mind to own it when I opened the case. The glassy-flashy piece opened up a different experience and unique operating system that is fast, clear and sweet to use.

Phone speed is good,phone charg remain for good amount of time ,camera is also good..overall all good phone to have

I'm a galaxy girl. My old phone was giving me problems so I purchased the Samsung S8 unlocked. I was able to keep my service with metro pcs and pay $40.00 a month for unlimited service. The phone is a beautiful black and sleek. Not heavy but has a little weight so it's not flying out of my hand. The camera is clear and takes great pictures especially indoors and video chats are clear. It downloads fast and opens apps quick even when my wifi isn't running. This phone is great

My new Samsung s8 is almost perfect. Plenty of battery life and is compatible with any carrier. Remember to purchase a SIM Card for your specific carrier and you are good to go. The Gorrila Glass is not scratch resistant and needs a screen protector. The overall performance is an excellent upgrade from my S4.

Looks cooler and better than its predecessor. The fingerprint sensor at the back is a kind of pain. Battery life is definitely better, but not the best. Loved the camera and the phone design.

Loved the touch n feel of the screen. The Camera is really good with lots of photo-editing feature. The phone has a lot of privacy related configurations which can be customised. Overall, i love it.

The phone is really great in terms of size, looks and performance. One great improvement is 64GB memory. One thing which I did not like in the latest product is, I cannot use screen-share with my Samsung TV, I was using that feature with my S5 phone. I love the new phone's camera and its pictures.

Was reluctant to get a Samsung phone since I wanted something close to plain Android but its not as bad as it used to be some years back. Its fast and fluid. And of course looks incredibly gorgeous.

Light, long lasting battery, and easy to use. Not an iPhone so there is an extra star for that. Unlocked so I do not have a corporation telling me what services I need or which carrier to use. I can head overseas and insert a sim card upon landing and not miss a beat. Did I mention it's not an iPhone...yeah So download whatever apps you want and do as you please.

Prior to this phone, I had a (locked) Samsung S4 , so the Samsung S8 is an upgrade and works much better with my preferred apps. For me, the best part of the unlocked S8 is that I do not have to deal with all those extra and unnecessary pre-loaded apps that you get when you buy a locked cell phone. Leaves much more room on the hard drive, yeyy!

I have been very happy with this purchase. The phone works great and the camera is phenomenal! We actually bought two of them, one for me and one for my husband. My only issue is that we have Verizon service and we have had some problems loading some of the Verizon apps like voicemail.

This phone is certainly fast. I didn't even realize how fast until my fiance and I were downloading an app at the same time and mine downloaded and installed in more than half the time his old phone did. The camera is nice and I love the editing options.

Very slim and light. I had read on the internet that there might be some issues with the Android OS but so far no issues Camera result is excellent. Really glad I switched from iPhone

Well this was bought to my wife as gift and she was very happy and surprised to the new look, features, aesthetics and capturing pictures ( still exploring the phone though) Its quiet tremendous job by samsung in this competitive market. Overall this is awesome phone and liking it
