Great Phone & Price

Much better than removing the back cover. I am not a fan of the curved sides. I hope they get rid of it in 10. With tech armor glass protector it's hard to swipe from top to bring up up settings and notifications. When you hold it with one hand to play games it's easy to accidentally hit buttons in corners of phone screen. Because of the curved screen I only gave 4 stars.

problems with original phone

Best buy was very helpful and was able to see the issue with the phone and exchange it on the spot. The phone works great and we are very appreciative for the great customer service provided by best buy.

Best phone ever

I worried that the learning curve would be steep but it has been an easy transition. The phone learns about me while I'm learning about it. Haven't tried Bixby as yet but I look forward to it. The Samsung education specialist at Best Buy has been super. Helps me use the phone as efficiently and effectively as possible.
