The phone is great - I like lot of the features on it. The huge downside is that, since this was a unlocked version of the phone, ATT says they cannot activate the wifi calling feature and couple of other ATT features. The lack of wifi calling affects when I travel outside the country and still want to use my phone without roaming. Recently with all the Work from home, I realized the phone signal inside the home is weak and lack of wifi calling results in calls dropping or breaking up. This has been frustrating. I feel like either ATT (when I upgraded) or Best Buy during purchase should have mentioned this.

I had a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge before I upgraded to the Samsung galaxy 8. Like my galaxy 8 a lot better it does everything a lot faster than 7edge did. So much better.

The only bad thing I have to say about this phone is that it has a sensitive touch screen that it does things on its own when in pocket

The phone was brand new as advertised. All accessories that I expected were in the box and the phone works well with my Bmobile sim card. I really have no complaints.

The android interface is tough to get used to coming from the iOS. More flexible once hooked to Google apps on my PC. Lacking a good user guide. Contacts are hard to set up, don;t let AT&T migrate them. Do it your self on Google Contacts.

The more I "learn" this phone the more impressed I am by it. Its capabilities are many. It has continued to surprise and please me since the day I bought it.

Excellent Android phone, no need to go with higher priced options as this one does everything needed. Fingerprint detector a lid odd on back of phone.

got this after the S9 came out (wanted to save a few bucks) great upgrade from the S7 definitely would recommend checking out if you're an android user

I have wanted this phone for some time and so far it has been all that I expected. The ease of using it and the great in the visuals. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to setup. Connected quickly to provider and to wifi. Sound is clear. Screen seems to have very good resolution. Works as it is supposed to work.

My son needed a new phone and he picked the Samsung Galaxy 8 and after we picked up phone got it set up, he was very happy with this phone and all the features.

This is still such a great android phone to use. It was my first Samsung Galaxy phone and still functioning today like new.

S8 is the best and you don't need to have any doubt about it! Best buy delivery was quite fast, and also the staff helped me a lot to find the best deal in my case.

love mant of the features. may bectoo many. Dont like automatic updates. Judt received one where icons were changed. Also included icons on face cage relating to contacts. Im unable to get them of my face page. Unwa nted changes added!

I like the phone a great deal but it is evident that I have a lot to learn about it too. I was surprised this morning when I saw that it had created a montage video of photos of my dog all on its own. It seems to be a very intuitive device.

I upgraded from a 7 year old S4, so as expected this S8 has a lot of new features and upgrades. I'm still discovering them all, and probably will be for months. It's much better than my old phone.

We purchased our Galaxy S8 phone outright and have not had a single problem with them. They are reliable and very easy to use.
