I like the shape, size and colour. The charger match with the phone. Not black phone white charger! Lol not a racist but I just love matching colours. I wanted the blue one but was out of stock. Hmmm! I wonder if the charger is matching colour too. The black it is still cool. Is not hot like the S7 when over used or charging. But I still think Best Buy should stop charging $35 for restocking fees at the point of purchase. You can charge that fee only if I return the phone. Please look into it

Pros: + Fast Charge & good battery life + Sharp & Vibrant display + Iris scanner is fast + Samsung Pay is superior to other payment solutions + It has a headphone jack! Cons: - All glass build could be slippery and requires a case - Samsung is notorious for slow software updates - Fingerprint location is inconvenient

Bought this as a backup to my IPhone 7. I used this more than the IPhone . More apps, easy to navigate and use. Good phone

Love the curved edges and speed! I used to have a Galaxy S6 and it does not compare to this one in terms of reliability.

The purchase was worth it. The phone itself is really fast and brings a lot to the table. The camera quality is stunning and the screen really does deliver although some apps don't natively fill the screen. The speed of my data plan has increased due to the LTE+ built which will be great as it means the phone is future proofed.

I have used Samsung smart phones since the original Galaxy S and the original Note. I have had every Note except the 12" tablet and the Note 7. My previous phone was an unlocked international Note 5 but I decided to take advantage of the Sprint 1 year free offer and suddenly needed a new phone that would work on CDMA. I didn't want to buy a Pixel because I value having apt X Bluetooth audio and there are some Samsung-specific features I enjoy such as the automated GIF maker and note-style screenshot options. Furthermore, this is a beautiful phone; the curved screen is attention-grabbing. On the down side, the phone is very slippery (so I keep it in a case) and Bixby isn't anywhere near as useful as I'd hoped - yet. Perhaps some day Bixby will be something I use intentionally as opposed to only by accident today. The security features on the phone are pretty good as well. I'm very surprised by the speed and reliability of the iris scanner and I personally don't have a big problem with the placement of the fingerprint scanner. I think this is because I'm left-handed. For once, that's a pro and not a con. Great phone, highly recommended.

I had been looking all over for a new high-end phone and but didn't want to pay high-end prices. I was nervous about buying anything that wasn't new in box and checked several sources before placing this order but I could not have been happier with my decision. The fact that return and warranty protections are extended to this category of merchandise was a big part of my decision. Shipping was lightning fast and arrived a day earlier than projected all at no cost to me. Apart from the after market charger and lack of headphones, which is to be expected for any open-box/returned item, this one was totally indistinguishable from a new unit. Not a trace of wear or scratches and moved my service over from my old phone without a hitch. The device is excellent and works great so the overall experience could not have been better and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to save some money without sacrificing quality. 5/5 all the way. Everything I need in a phone, and very fast. Slightly bigger than my previous Samsung phone but the screen is excellent.

WE HAD 3+ YEAR OLD SAMSUNG S-5 PHONES THAT STILL DID WHAT WE NEEDED BUT WANTED TO UPGRADE. SHOPPING ON LINE FOR MONTHS FINALLY BEST BUY HAD THE S8 UNLOCKED AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WE BOUGHT TWO PHONES AND GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM OUR BEST BUY AGENT - ANGELICA SONABRIA - AND SHE TRANSFERRED ALL OUR DATA, PIC, STORAGE & SETTINGS TO OUR NEW PHONES AND EVEN INSTALLED OUR SCREEN PROTECTORS AND CASES FOR US. PHONE IS FANTASTIC - WISH I COULD LEARN ALL IT'S FEATURES FASTER, HOWEVER.

I do like Samsung products. I believe this is my 4th. However, I have never had the glass crack within 2 weeks of purchasing. It feel from my lap onto a soft floor (not cement, tile or hardwood). So it fell about 24 inches, and i was surprised that it cracked from that fall. Now I'm going to have to stick a bunch of money into it after spending major money to buy this. disappointing that the edge screen is so fragile. Make sure you have a hard protector over the glass...it.basically looks just like the glass that goes over the screen. it is thick and.is like a 2nd glass that will break instead of your real front glass. trust me, way cheaper and less hassle to get a new protector.

I purchased this phone as a birthday gift for my wife. She loves it. The design is sleek and beautiful. The phone is powerful and not weighted down by all of the bloatware and unnecessary programs that are loaded onto locked phones purchased from a provider. The form factor is a nice size and fits in the hands perfectly.

Have not updated my cell phone for a while. Brought this unlocked phone on a sale. Really like this phone a lot!!
