    This phone is a great improvement from my previous phones. I am dealing with issues with the Messenger service. I have had to call tech support many times. The support team is great. The phone is useable and can take a time for texting, messaging etc. - I have had to learn to deal with it - so now it is just part of the daily activity. I am still enjoying my phone. The storage space has been my greatest enjoyment.
