    the only complaint I have is there are a lot of dropped calls or the other person can't hear me. I am sure I can get this addressed.

    Phone is great, except audio output is weak. iPhone has much louder audio output in my opinion. That is the only downside to this phone.

    I needed a phone and replaced my old Note 3. I thought this was a good choice since I like Samsung Galaxy but I am not liking the size of this as much and was on vacation and couldn't trade it back in in the 3 day trial. However I will get use to it and learn how to keep the screen from going black on me before I finish reading an item, that can be fixed but I don't find where to correct it. Help Geek Squad. It'll be fine.
