    I owned the phone for 1 week and it fell off a chair onto the floor about 2 foot and the screen cracked. It was advertised as nearly indestructible. Most fragile phone I've ever owned. Customer support was no help. I had a s6 edge for years and it was very durable. Definitely the last samsung product I'll ever purchase.

    Phone arrived, was very nice until I noticed the loudspeaker was faulty. It sounded like it was playing through a tin can. Returned the phone, but was still charged a $35 restocking fee for a faulty phone.
