Mother board was gone in 10 months. i am upset with samsung devices. I don't want to buy samsung's devices again.

I expected more from a Samsung smart phone considering a scale from 0 to 10 in my opinion my new phone will score 6, I was using a Iphone 5 and upgrade to an S8 but not completely satisfied.

Picked this up to compare to a OnePlus 5. Being thinner screen it is easier to hold but harder to swipe from top of screen for notifications. Finding finger scanner takes some doing being on the back.

the curved edge technology while the phone is safely in a phonecase makes the edge technology a waste...I want my phone waterproof and safe so the phonecase is necessary, the edge technology is not, building upon the curved edge makes any part of the edges of the browser or the letters of the tiny keypad takes a cumbersome effort to select. Not thrilled with this product, about the best feature is quick processor and plenty of memory.

I just purchased the Samsung Galaxy 8 and I find that it is a very difficult phone to find things and I don't care for searching for emails and such phone is complicated

It is a nice phone, but uses hidden data that I cannot find. It is also kind of slow. Other than that great phone. It has a great camera.

My biggest disappointment with this phone was that I was unable to send and receive picture messages when on a call. The pic messages would only come through and send once I would hang up. Further research showed that Samsung does not have a fix for this issue. In order to be able to multi task as I do, I had to exchange the phone to a service provider that offers a patch to fix the issue. What's the point of purchasing an unlocked phone?

For the cost, should have came with a screen protector or case. Works okay, no major issues yet. Breakable. Camera placed badly, always touching the camera and getting prints on it.

This phone is ok for the price, but the camera could be better. Call volume is a little low, other than that it's fine.

Compared to older version don't see much difference with the S8 except the display. The finger print reader behind is a drawback!!!

I should have paid more attention to my phone it has a chip on the left corner. I was just so excited to get a new phone I did not see it until I left the store.

Very good for a phone works like it should but missing a few features. Like wify calling do to it being a unlocked phone

Nice phone but it came with Android Oreo which caused it not to be able to make WiFi calls. This is an indispensable feature if you in a remote area (say on vacation) and only have satellite WiFi. If I had known I would have purchased the Galaxy S9 instead. I have also read that when in "Airplane Mode", it drains the battery.

Ok I got this phone for my 13 year old daughter and it constantly restarts itself out of nowhere for no apparent reason! I work long hours and live 45 minutes away from the nearest best buy mobile store where I bought the phone I called them up to tell them what was going on and was told to go ahead and bring the phone in and they would exchange it for another one now keep in mind this was only 3 days after my initial purchase so when I got off work I rushed home to get the phone from my daughter and drove 45 mins to go return it well when I get to the store the manager looks real hard at the phone and tells me she can't return it because there was a small scratch on the glass which I realized happened from me putting the phone in my pocket with my keys but it was such a small scratch you could barely even see it anyhow now I spent almost 700 dollars for nothing!

I am Iphone user so my opinion will be very subjective if to be honest I don't like s8 it is not user friendly colors and sound no t a real it like cartoons :)

Top of the line Samsung phone. Bought it for my kid that prefers Samsung. After 4 months, decided to change to an IPhone.

Not very impressive with the display and also the home button being moved. Felt almost same like old models.

Super bummed because my uncle took this brand new phone to Brazil and it broke within a couple of months. Now he owns a broken brand new cell phone.

I guess it's an ok phone, but it is sort of "involved" to try an get some things done. Not for a beginner that's for sure(unless he's very young) LOL

Do not buy this phone! Started having software malfunctions after 4months of use. Contacted Samsung customer support and they promised me they could fix it in 3-5 business days. They had my phone for over 2.5 weeks and then sent it back unrepaired and basically told me tough luck. The flashlight button is stuck on so the phone cant take a picture. It's nothing that I physically did to the phone, completely a software defect. Worst customer service I have ever received. I will never, ever buy ANY samsung product again. Total scam of a company.
