Unfortunately the warranty ran out after 52 weeks to get around the issue of not being able to charge I was able to charge wirelessly which is slower then wired as you would expect

people who are calling to this phone are unable to hear properly, sometimes call gets disconnected. works fine with my previous device with same service provider so I have returned as this is no more good. Hope this would be fixed at earliest by samsung.

I learned a very bitter lesson on this purchase. Samsung has no live store or point of contact in Georgia. If anything happens to your device, you are left to suffer alone because neither BestBuy nor the Samsung online representatives will sort out the problem with your device (Samsung S8 in my situation). I am left with a functionless glass thing I bought for over $600. Too bad!!!!

I bought this phone and a life proof case. Got it home charged put it in the case and haven't took it out til I need to put it in my adapter for usb and the back of this phone is spider chipped and cracked from top to bottom. Really disappointed with this purchase. Plan to try and see if Samsung will stand behind there product and replace it butt not going to hold my breath. Don't buy the Galaxy S8.

I got this phone at a very good deal and from look wise its awesome. But from first day itself i am facing Voice quality problem. During a call the voice will break and muffled. So the most important job of this device is not proper. I send the phone to Samsung service Center as i can't go back to Best buy as i used some third party site during purchase as 20% discount was there. Lets hope for best to get this issue resolved .

I had to trade in this device because of poor functioning early on. First, this device kept being buggy and then wouldn't stop overheating

The phone restarts multiple times per day even when I am in the middle of doing something. Very annoying

it start to show screen burn before even the one year warranty ended. contacted Samsung got no help what so ever. bad design.

Needed a new cell phone, so I figured I would go to Best Buy because I got my last one from there & it was a good experience. Got the Samsung Galaxy S8 & totally hated it from the door. It's big, clumsy, & I didn't like the edge to edge screen at all (really serves no purpose). Brought it back a week later & went with a Motorola phone.

phone is nice, don't like the edges, hard to access things that are by the edge

Phone freezes and requires hard reboot. Only had the phone for 1week and had to do this 3 times. Google it yourself, a well known issue with S8. Embarrassing! Samsung should issue a recall.

Upgraded from an S6edge, I can't tell the difference Betwixt the two, outside t hat the S8 seems bulkier

I bought a Galaxy S8 on July 24 2017, and today (less than one month of use) I noticed that there is crack on the bottom of the screen, this must be the design defect! Such glass can easily have cracks when using under hot and humid weather!

I am an apple user, so hard to navigate for me, purchased as a gift for mother and she enjoys it.

Not my type of phone. Over rated and the menu and setup are more confusing on this version of a droid
