I bough S-8 but within 4 months, seems mobile battery not working. Its really frustrating that after paying so much money, look for another mobile. Seems moving to samsung was poor decision from my side. lesson learnt wrongway. :-(

Immediately after purchase, the phone stops working. The phone freezes and forces you to perform a hard reboot. Apparently, this is a well known issue. Google it yourself! Buyer beware. My previous phone LG4 had a similar issue,a bootloop issu. LG refused to fix it for those beyond the warranty window.

The curved edge is horrible, it will not display an entire image.

Very touchy, Bixby constantly interrupting function. Never mistyped so many words in my life. Text to talk only works well if you use a British accent. Links do not work well on websites, like phone numbers. Curved Edge is constantly opening or closing apps on you. Not a pleasure to use at all

I previously had a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and needed an upgrade. I figured since I liked the 7 Edge I would instantly like the S8, not the case. This phone has disappointed me and I regret purchasing it. The Apps hardly work. Not easy to navigate.

This was my first purchase from Bestbuy and I was really disappointed because I received a damaged product. The phone's screen is visibly damaged and considering it's a touchscreen phone it's a very significant damage. If you're considering buying this, think again.

It would appear that this "open box" like new Samsung Galaxy 8 was not in condition to operate properly. I returned it, and Best Buy was very professional and efficient dealing with the return. Their customer service was excellent.

There were issues with compatibility even though this was an unlocked phone. I had ATT and we could not figure out why calls would not come in.

I got an unlocked phone for convenience when travelling. All I need is to switch out sim cards. Contacts and other info already stored in the phone. Just wished it had more memory.

If you're looking for a virtually indestructible, blitzing fast phone, this is it! Utterly superior to any other android of its era. If I were to go over every single feature, this review would be WAY to long. So, let's just go over the pros and cons. Pros: Number one is the afore mentioned indestructibility. It's pretty much water proof, not the least shock resistant (though I still do recommend getting a case), and scratch invincible. Number two is the also afore mentioned, processing power. This thing is faster than the 3.4 GHz desktop that I'm writing this on...Yeah. Number three- its looks. I mean, just by lookin' at the pictures online, you can tell its got class. But when you hold it in your hand, it takes on a whole new level of handsome. Number four- its graphics. While this could be considered a con, Samsung's graphics and Samsung's interface are stronger than ever-especially with the newer updates. Cons: Number one- its graphics. If you're a hater of Samsung, then this is NOT your lucky break. The Samsung traps (trash apps) are still all over the place. And the Interface? Ha! Lets just leave it at that... Number two- the Bixby button. Why would you put a non-reprogrammable button on the side of the phone to activate the worst assistant in the industry? Beats me. All in all, a great little (Did I say little? I meant big, very big) phone that gets the job done very well.

Solid performance, beautiful design, the latest processor as of 04/28/2017, Bluetooth 5.0! They fixed the problem that I had with the Galaxy S7 Edge that I often accidently touched the edges of the screen, it doesn't happen with the "edges" of this screen anymore. I have a Google Pixel XL and I'm going to switch for the Samsung Galaxy s8, not the S8+, because even with my big hands I have to stretch my hand to be able to reach for the fingerprint sensor of the S8+. The screen of the S8 is even bigger than the Google Pixel XL by 2% already and the total size of the phone is smaller than the Pixel XL. In terms of the software update, it's slower to be released than for the Google Pixel XL, but it's faster than for the carrier phones, like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. You can't go wrong with this phone, in general terms, comparing all the features, pros and cons, it's the best in the market. Pros: -Design -Wireless Charging -Latest processor -Bluetooth 5.0 -Mobile HDR Premium technology -No problems (at least for me) in touching the edges of the screen accidently. -water/dust resistance IP68 -Good battery optimization -USB Type-C -headphones 3.5mm input -AKG earbuds included -Great quality camera -Beautiful display (image) -USB Type-C to USB adapter included -USB Type-C to USB adapter included -Pay safely virtually at any store with Samsung Pay (something that Apple Pay and Android Pay can't do) -Comes already with Android 7.0 Nougat -Expandable storage via MicroSD Card. Cons: -Comes with 64GB of internal memory with no other options with more storage other than through the MicroSD card -No unlimited storage on the cloud for pictures and videos (like Google Pixel and Pixel XL) -Fingerprint in one of the worst places possible. -Sound not that great with only one speaker (not stereo)

Phone charger is bad. Got white adopter with black cable. First two days it charged very slowly and stopped working in very first week. I am disappointed with this purchase.

bought my s8, 3 weeks ago, I thought screen was strong, I placed a screen protector and accidentaly drop it 2 feet from the ground screen was broken, I call best buy and told me they can not change screen

I pay the geek squad they wanna still charge 150 rebate that's total bs

After the warranty period, I found out the diplay doesn't have the same white color in the entire area. This is suck.

This cell phone is not durable due to battery because once battery is fully charged it works only few hours. I thought it's has battery defaults.

This phone will go dead in a day not being used. It is very hard for a person with big fingers to type. It will pocket dial easier than any other phone I've ever had.
