I have always had iphone. wanted to get samsung for a change and i simply love it. NOw trying to find a perfect case for it..which is taking forever (have 2 kids)

Phone is very good, battery is too. Would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the "bixby" button. Hate that thing. Always in the way and worthless software..

Loving this phone so far - it was a big splurge to switch back to Samsung after having a less expensive LG phone. But there is a significant difference in the Samsung brand! The screen & picture quality is incredible. The main reason I wanted the phone was for the better picture & video quality since all the memories of my kids are capture with my phone. I also like the water resistance - again with kids!

Even in 2018 this galaxy looks great but takes some getting use to because the screen is so tall. But then again my hands are small. Comes with all the modern OS bonuses like multitasking screens and dual blue-tooth channels (play two separate audio sources off the phone). The battery will last all day if you don't overuse it or keep it the brightness turned up all the way.

This phone is simply awesome it's like a handheld computer you can do everything in it just a few words of advice but a screen protector and a case cause this girl is slippery and a fingerprint magnet I opted for the InvisableShield Glass Screen Protector and the OtterBox Defender Series Case which but work great look good and are not as bulky ad before it's an investment worth spending your money on

Mason at Northgate was excellent at helping me decide between a Samsung S9 and S8, and then super-helpful at transferring data & settings from my old phone to my new one. It took some extra time due to a glitch with the transfer technology, and he patiently figured it out and gave me a good overview of new capabilities while we waited for the data to sync & install. Absolutely stellar service, thank you, Mason! The S8 itself is a huge upgrade from my old S5, so I'm really pleased with it. I didn't need any of the new features of the S9 (and I hear they're working some kinks out of the S9 touchscreen performance) so the S8 is a great fit for my needs....enough memory to install quite a few apps for travel, small enough to easily slip into a number of different pockets, and a great screen for readability. Oh, and my first 3 days of testing have confirmed that the battery life is more than double that of my S5, and that's measuring against an S5 with a recently-replaced battery from Anker, so new vs. new in terms of battery condition. So far, I'm very satisfied!

Camera is nice, price is to cheap batter than iphone also it’s factory unlocked. Fast processor and dual SIM card options with extended memory.

Only reason it does not get 5 stars is because it's hard to get to back button sometimes. Large screen. Great battery and camera. Has built in called id.

My cell phone experienced a "series of unfortunate events" and met an untimely demise leaving me with a choice to resubscribe or break free. This unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 allowed me to replace my cell phone and seamlessly connect to my carrier by replacing the SIMM card. Simple, no hoops, no 2-3 year contracts and saved about $100. It works well...and I'm back in the saddle again.

Bought the Galaxy S8 to replace my ancient S4. Super performance, very clear and readable screen, long battery life, and very friendly ergonomics. I like the Android platform the interface required a slight learning curve of about 90 mins to upgrade my knowledge. Migrating my data over to the S8 was super easy and fast with Samsung Smart Switch. Really satisfied with this phone!

Very nice from Samsung with this new phone. It's easy to use and plenty of storage.

I like the phone specs, just wish it was a little wider. A good screen protector is hard to find for this phone. A little too pricey even with the black friday "special." Otherwise I have had no issues with the phone. Has a very fast processor.

I got this phone on a thanksgiving deal. It’s been brilliant in all aspects and the screen continues to impress me with its features! Definitely a good buy.
