Purchased S8 due to charging issues with my Note 4. Lots of new features, dont like the back button for texts and other return to previous screens being located in the upper left corner of the screen instead of the lower right corner.

Needed it fast, and unlocked. Best Buys was the place to get it.

of course this is a good phone. Plenty of storage with the sd slot, pictures are bright and sharp. The screen is nice and large with great display!

I bought for my wife and she loves it. Hard to get her off it, I noticed it is quieter in the house and I am getting things done that I want to do.

This is my 1st time buying a phone at this price. Really makes a difference spending the extra money. For the price I got this at Best Buy I was pretty happy with. There are still so many things to learn about this phone but for the basic functions I use it for it's great. It's very nice to not have all those lower in phone problems like things freezing up.

The phone was on discount. It is fast. The camera takes very good pictures.

The young man who helped me was very considerate. He explained the product to me in detail. He took time to ensure I understood and was satisfied.

BestBuy offered the best price, phone delivered on time, and when S8 had wifi problem, BestBuy promptly replaced it with a new one. S8 is gorgeous to look at and works well. Despite complains about finger print reader, I don't have any problem. One complain I have is the wifi reception. I live in an area where I don't get steady LTE signal. At a distance wifi signal drops off and no LTE signal, while my husband's Nokia 560 gets two bars of both LTE and wifi signals. S8 works well of course when it is close enough to the wifi router.

Previous phone was a Samsung S5, Ran out of phone memory (not micro SD) and decided to upgrade to something with more memory, also wanted an unlocked phone to eliminate issues of using it overseas while on vacation. Very good phone. does everything I need from my phone and the 64GB of phone memory means I probably won't be upgrading again for several years.

I got this after I completed an insurance claim for my LG G5. It is definitely a step up! I am always finding a feature I didn't realize before.
