Fast and reliable. battery life is also great. I can say this is the best Android phone on the market. it comes with great feature and latest technologies. the screen is beautiful however, there's one tiny issue though. the screen gets shadows after a while. hopefully, Samsung fixes this issue with later generation display.

Had to upgrade earlier than planned due to a fatal accident with my S7. The S8 I chose as a replacement has lived up to the advertised upgrades.

I say that it is Excellent because it has every feature you would want in a phone and the sales staff can assist in finding all of the new features as well as transferring data. Unlocked was more costly but with BB discounts it still made it more feasible not to be locked into a contract. The camera is excellent, voice, fingerprint and facial recognition great..

Everything is good, except the keyboard crashes a lot many time, dont know if its the devices fault or the software. rest is a very good phone.

Quickly, the phone is exactly what I expected, its an updated, upgraded version of the Galaxy that operates just like the prior models with a few improvements here and there. THE PROBLEM....the Samsung S8/S8+, S9/S9+, & the Note 8 all have beveled edges [AKA the Infinity Screen, a feature which really makes little difference] however these edges make finding a screen protector that won't pop off or peel off within 2-6mo is nearly impossible. That leaves purchasing a case with a built in screen protector as your next best option, most of them will scratch so get one with a LIFETIME warranty, I tried I-Blasson but it scratched after 48hrs requiring a warranty claim and replacement. I've most recently moved onto a case/screen protector made by PELICAN USA [Amazing company that makes hardcore storage equip for military/police/professional use] called the VOYAGER which comes with a belt clip, full front and rear case, with built in screen protector, and a lifetime warranty. The screen protector issue has been a huge deal for me taking lots of trips to the store, plus purchasing and returning about 5 different cases on Amazon/eBay. Now that I have the right case I'm liking my phone a lot more!

Some things work differently than in the rest of samsung cellphones. I' ve had to learn to use it ( por example the display of the trash can)

I loved iPhone but after using this for about a month i freaking love this phone! soo many features and can handle my work load and schedule.
