I wanted to gift a phone to my Dad with good camera as he love taking pictures, this phone have it all. This is superb in night as well for taking pictures in dark lights. Overall phone is working as expected and he is loving it. I will highly recommend it.

So if you like Apple or Android, you are gonna be more fond of that brand most likely. I'm gonna review BestBuy's side of things. If I'm not mistaken, this was an "open box" return that I purchased. Everything was totally fine. No screen cracks, no blemishes from being dropped, nothing like that. Everything on the phone is fully functional (headphones and jack, charger and charging port, wifi works, etc.) I can only speak to what I purchased, but I would definitely buy another "opened box" return. It was less than a completely brand new unopened box, and for all practical and functional purposes this phone IS brand new. Again, if you've had a Samsung galaxy phone before and you liked it, you'll like this one. If you're an iPhone user and you haven't enjoyed Android phones ever, then you probably won't like the phone. But for BEST BUY'S side of it, the product and service were both great.

I purchased this phone about weeks ago and it work fine so far, love the camera and video recording. Everything is good so far. I had a little issue with getting Verizon service but get helped by mobile agent and they solved the problem till i get satisfied they are awesome.

My daughter will be so excited to receive this as it is a major upgrade from her current phone. Since it is unlocked, we can activate it at anytime. We are a Samsung family (all of us own Samsung phones and are very happy. My one complaint is the box came ripped and slightly open enough so that you can reach your hand inside and remove the phone. Luckily, it was there.

This phone is great and I love the Dex you can buy to go with it. It turns it into a desktop. The battery life is bad. Need to charge two or three times a day.

Bought for my son for Christmas. He had a Galaxy 6 edge, loves all the newest features.

I recently changed cell carriers..and based on the issues I was experiencing it made me decide to get a new phone..I will probably forever buy unlocked phones in the future. I don't have to deal with the carriers app's that take up memory..I got a great deal at Best Buy.
