Excellent phone & camera. Some of the symbols are not tagged to the same letter as they were on my previous phone. Not a big deal. I think I'll figure it out. But it is an excellent phone.

I had the Samsung S5 and needed to upgrade; so, I decided to purchase the S8, it is a great phone and the camera is amazing. I have not had any problems and it is super easy to use.

Long time Galaxy user and this is definatelythe BEST! I encourage all to go go unlocked to save some money and give yourself the ultimate in flexibility. I'm on Sprint but now have options!

i bought the phone about a month ago. its cool but it has frozen twice already where i had to find help to restart it. One side of my ear phone also has stopped working just a month of using this product. Everything else is okay and i love the size, the apps and how it looks

Have this phone for just a short time now and so far it's great.the camera takes excellent pictures,the speakers are crisp and clear am still learning all the features and how to use them.

Loved the phone from the moment I turned it on. Silky smooth, tons of features.. Get the unlocked if possible, no unwanted apps.. No buggy software features you don't want. Really love it

I stream videos with this camera daily and the quality picture and fast processor are amazing. Very easy to start up and use. Planning to purchase another for a family member.

This phone is incredible! I am not using Bixby, and prefer using the numeric unlock code, rather than the iris or fingerprint sensor. This addresses the supposed shortcomings of the phone.

I love samsung and i purchased this phone for my mom on her birthday she has not had a problem with it and she loves it. Camera is good, phone works good

My Samsung S4; that I used on regular bases for the last 4 years seemed like it was working just fine. However, after doing some internet and personal investigation on the newer phones; it soon became apparent my little old workhouse might need to be put out to pasture? I decided to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S8. The newer hardware and software features are what sold me; the phone sold itself with what I was looking for. The bonus was the discount I received at Best Buy; and the FREE one on one personnel training classes they offer with how to use it. My fat fingers feel at ease with what I am learning as one of the best investments I have made to date!

So far i have not had any problem with the product it is fast and the display it is amazing, the wireless conection toward other devices works ok, I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a completely different phone. There are no more buttons, it's like learning a new phone all over again. Other than that, the phone is amazing. Fast, great screen and pictures.

Great phone...bit difficult to get use to! Glad it is unlocked and I can make my choice what service I use, but not very happy they advertise $50 off activate right away but only give you one plan to choose from? :( Overall, good purchase but a bit over priced....

I bought this as gift for my husband, he had Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and he like this S8 so much more. battery time is good and battery charges fast. Camera quality is great.

This is by far the best mobile phone I have ever used. Good build quality and nice interface. Unlocked is the way to go - no bloatware!

I had an S7 and find the S8 a worthwhile upgrade. The battery life is very good and the screen with the Infinity Display is excellent, bright with great colors. The photos it takes are slightly better than the S7.

The Best Buy exclusive blue color phone never fails to draw positive comment. Phone itself is a spectacular performer. Charges quickly, great camera and crystal clear reception.

I am an iPhone person but I have to support people that use Android. I needed to update my Android device so I picked this up. I like the form factor and the way it feels in my hand and the way the screen rolls over the edge a little is kinda cool. Edge lighting is interesting as well. As a phone it works good, reception and network speed were what I would expect. The device is responsive and has decent processing power. The screen is nice but color management is only good and colors are garish sometimes. The fingerprint sensor is in an odd place but I was able to adapt to it for the most part. The sensor works pretty good but not much more than that. I did not use face or iris scanning so not sure there. Overall if you are an Android person this a very nice device and if the form factor works for you I am sure you will love it. Most of my gripes would not relate to the physical device so would be unfair to knock it for.

I had a Samsung note 5 and it was the worst phone , No battery life and was sent to Samsung for repair 3 times,, This phone has a great battery life and is extremely clear to talk on.

I purchased the Galaxy S8 for wife to upgrade her Galaxy S5 (on Verizon pre-paid) and she loves it!!! Infinity screen is huge; iris and fingerprint scanners are a plus. It's water and dust resistant and has wireless charging. Saved $150 on this unlocked phone from BestBuy; everyone else at the time was selling for more plus it was bundled with a sim kit and pre-paid card for AT&T who I am already currently using and recommend. The Galaxy S9 is a great phone but cost $400 more; the S8, only last year's model is just as good for what my wife will use it for. I have an iPhone SE and considering the Galaxy S8 as my upgrade!
