Unlocked phones don't have it, and your carrier sure as heck isn't going to allow that to happen. The hardware to do it is in the phone, just not the software. People can flash their phone but why would you want to void the warranty and risk issues trying to take an unlocked phone and flash it to Verizon/ATT ROM.

The only problem I have is that being unlocked I can not use advanced text messaging and wi-fi calling because At&t will not allow it on unlocked phones. If I had known this I would have bought an At&t phone.
