I had a pixel problem that was fixed under warranty, and received good costumer service from Samsung. I am a moderate user of apps, and it has enough memory and speed to do what I want it to. I don't do a lot of photos or videos, so I didn't need much from my camera. If you want to do low light or massive zoom, the crowd in front of me at concerts seem to have better phones than this one.
