I am quite impressed with the samsung 8+, and, as it turns out, I am getting BETTER reception and NO dropped calls (stayed with the same carrier - purchased the phone unlocked). I don't know why the better performance, assume the Samsung is a better product... but I know this ... it works well, screen looks better, and I can talk to it by plugging it into the usb port of my computer- and I don't need I tunes to do it. EXCELLENT !!!!

After 11 months the difference in quality was so noticeable that I had to go back to Samsung. The S8+ is an awesome phone. The battery life is incredible. The screen and video quality is unbelievable and everything else is typical Samsung quality. Not too sure about Bixby yet but I think it could be pretty valuable as a person learns how to use it.
