This is not a good purchase. I had a S4 phone, I could talk on my phone and get on the internet, my yahoo mail and I could just about do anything while I was talking on the phone.. With my S8+ phone, I can't talk and get on the internet, my yahoo.mail, I can't do anything with my phone while I'm talking on it. I have hot spot on my S8+, I can't even talk and get on the internet on my computer at the same time. I'm stuck with a phone I don't like for 2 years.

Phone nothing out of the ordinary, I paired with Samsung galaxy watch, I went from a lg g4, I'm not happy with the curved it's actually annoying ,should of gotten a iPhone

I wish I had waited for the Note 8. This phone is ok but when texting it hangs up and types the wrong words. I have to restart in order to get it to stop freezing. Wish I could return!

I wish Samsung goes back to the regular screen. My Otter Box doesn't cover the whole screen. I dropped it like twice and it cracked the screen.

I had to upgrade when my Note 4 broke. The S8 is ok with newer software and faster hardware, but I find the non-replaceable battery a very real shortcoming.

Phone had great features but always said there was moisture in the charger port when I know I didn't get water anywhere near my phone or charger.

My last phone was the Note 7 so I was a little skeptical about Samsung at first but I thought to myself, they will do everything possible to put out a safe phone w/ all the goodies this time around. I most say they did not disappoint, the design alone is the best I ever touched in a cell phone. A lot of time, thought and money was put into the engineering of this phone. For such a large beautiful screen it feels smaller than any 5.5+ phone out on the market. Very fast phone, camera is top of the line, headphones are excellent, transferring files from the old phone to the S8+ was simple and fast. I don't even have a problem with the location of the fingerprint reader and I have small hands and short fingers. This phone is definitely the best out right now.

I've had more dropped calls with this phone than any phone I've every had and all I buy are Samsung and I've had the same provider for over 20 years

My son didn’t not want an Apple product, so this was the phone of his choice. He hasn’t has any problems and enjoys it

It was a good phone at first but when the first 6 months of having it It started freezing up which is really annoying.

Need to send in to Samsung because calls are coming in extremely distorted, but mine purchased in July is fine. Must be a dud.

Glass on the phone it's too easy to break supposed to be water resistant already has water in the charging port

Great prepaid phine for the price. Got it for my teens 1st phone & it's still being used. Durable

Samsung could improve in the battery. Phone is outdated now but at the time it was decent.

My phone was through sprint, the service was so bad I had to return it in less than 2 weeks

the way this phone was hyped you'd think i was getting the cure to cancer. Its a big S7 Edge. I also have a hard time reviewing this cell considering I can't appreciate the full potential of this phone because of Sprint network not supporting simultaneous use of voice and data. $850 if useless hardware. Truly disappointed.

Good overall. Screen cracks easily. Ghost images on screen after a while.

This model is ok. Regret not upgrading to the Note8 with more features
