I've had this phone a little over a year and have had no major issues. The battery still lasts all day with moderate usage. I've never had any issues with the performance of the phone.

I really like this phone, fast great battery, nice size, but. Phones are expensive, my #1 criteria is it will last. I have never had screen cracking issues. Warning, because the screen is higher than the sides, and it curved edge, even with a case the screen protrudes out. I have dropped this phone 3 times, some bad luck i am sure. But each time i have received multiple cracks. The last time, a corner basically shattered, but held together. If u never drop a phone or use a book case, this phone is awesome, else get something else.

Huge screen the battery is unreal. I love it . Apple has no chance to beat this phone

I think this phone is pretty awesome for the most part. My only gripe really is that I got it through Sprint, coming from Verizon (which I wasn't that happy with in the first place), and it seems to have a less reliable network. Text messages get lost in limbo.. internet takes longer to load search into..

This phone has great battery life.Super fast.The only drawback is the glass front and back scratches really easy.

What a tool this phone has turned out to be. It becomes your right hand in some cases. If you aren't taking time out to charge the battery, your having to download the available updates while being cautious about what is being updated. I manually do this for reasons that I prefer to check out the updates before downloading them. The design of the phone is sleek, to say the least. It had slipped off the counter and damaged the slippery screen while I stood baffled as to how it could happen. Insurance is a necessity with this phone. It's just practical to have, as much as a protective case. While I'm trying to keep the apps down to a minimum, the phone already features multiple apps that you also have to update constantly. I was a bit disappointed that the system update that was required after the release of the Samsung S10 line and the update had changed the way the device worked. While it is still functional, it changed the way that I was used to the working of certain actions. After recently having a repair performed and a new battery was installed during the process, the phone seems to be noticeably burning through data like a dry-grass wildfire. Something else that keeps your time occupied is being alert to problems that may occur with the data usage from time to time. I have unlimited data but when you use hundreds of data megabytes in a few minutes, there is something not functioning correctly. If you're not a computer tech, you may need to get educated a bit more since learning as you go can lead to headaches. I purchased the Plus due to wanting a larger screen. I'm still going cross-eyed from the many hours that I spend time viewing. I think that I can feel fatigue from electrical currents that surge to my hand while holding the device. I've not been shocked by the device, it is just the noticable effect that I detect. So use your Samsung Galaxy Smartphones with the great technology that it provides and be mindful of all the issues that may arise so you can still have peace of mind.

Very easy phone to use. The phone is user friendly and runs smooth and effortless.

Apple products are great but you can't beat the customization you can perform with Android phones. I love my new phone and really enjoy the Bixby feature.

Would highly recommend Galaxy over iPhone, unless you're a dummy
