This is a nice phone,but I still going with iPhone.

I was really surprised to get thus love the specs.

The phone is ok. My screen on my camera lens blew out in my pocket on day three and Samsung says it's not covered. No drop just cracked in my soft pocket.

Not a bad phone the features match the cost and their easy too use but like any phone unless your connected to all the social sites it gets boring to look at but i think not sure yet only had it a month or less that its a reliable phone

The phone is good. The only problem I have with it, is the Screen Ratio. The phone is too tall than wide, i guess it was purposely done for one hand usage. This had created problem watching Videos. May be its better on S8 but definitely not good on S8+

I'm on my third unlocked S8+ as the first two had microphone issues, and so does the third. Phone 1 had intermittent microphone issues where everyone I was talking to kept telling me to hold the phone right. Phone 2, the replacement, had the microphone stop working altogether in the middle of a conversation. I could only get it to work in speaker phone mode. Phone 3, the next replacement, is no better than the first, with everyone telling me to hold the phone right-very frustrating. I now use wireless headphones, which bypasses the microphone issues, but at an expense and inconvenience. In my humble opinion, somewhere along the line someone didn't get the memo that the PRIMARY function of a phone is to talk, be heard, and visa-versa. Other, than that, it is a great little device, with a beautiful display, to text, read email and use apps. I'm disappointed in the performance of this phone in the capacity of a phone. Oh, and for those of you who want the flexibility of an unlocked phone to pick your own carrier whenever you want, be careful!! I can't use all the Verizon features such as caller name ID.

SMS cannot send video clip on T-mobile network until WiFi is turned off. Production description says this international unlocked model is fully compatible with T-mobile which is not true. Maybe a firmware update will fix it later but who knows.

One of my favorite phones all time but I’m really getting tired of spending this kind of money and not getting updates the phone has slow down a good bit since I’ve owned it I will probably start buying Google phones in the future

It was very good to be there for purchaising my new mobile. However, it was somehow disapointing to find only black devices in your stock. I really hope you can have better stocking in the future, then you donot need to lose customers.

we like the phone but we think it was originally set up for another country , as we cant download certain apps

I have yet to determine how to prevent more than alert to come through after a missed call or text message without putting the entire device on silent. Otherwise some nice features I am still revealing

Very disappointed. This phone is not worth the price. My LG G4 takes much better pictures. Bixby is nothing special and sad to say the voice version is non existent though the advertisement the stores play lead you to believe otherwise. I think Google assistant is much better.

It's ok, I still prefer my older galaxy, I think these phones are way overpriced, definitely not worth the money, however best buy had better pricing on this odel

I live in rural ND. This phone works nowhere as well as my old flip-phone. I have a tough time getting signal. The smart features are good, easy to use.

I already ordered another phone to replace my Samsung. Don't like it, will pick the LG 7 tomorrow and Samsung will be returned to the store.

Cpu overheated 1mo 1/2 . after I bought the phone.

The phone is sleek nice design, I'm having a hard time getting used to not having a physical home button though nice upgrade to my s6!

I'm hearing day after day from my son that his phone keeps dropping WiFi in the middle of downloading (whatever he's downloading) and it just dies on him. Same problem has been happening on 4G as well. Apparently Samsung has been putting out multiple system updates the last couple weeks and it's become a problem. It WAS fine, but now it's not. I have the S9+, my phone works fine. I don't know what's going on with his phone.
