Í not get a discount on te exchange of my S6 that was failing and te extend insurance that sells best buy did not cover this S8+.

Incomplete product

It was quick service but I just received the 2nd. phone yesterday and It was in good shape and I could configure all the setting without problem. The only thing is MISSING in the box are the Headphones that should be in the box but is not. Only the plastic wrap but not the Headphones. I understand I bought an open BOX phone but not a MISSING parts phone. I will appreciate if BEST BUY could send me the missing Headphones to have my phone 100% correct.

Sprint

I called and went to Sprint with the phone and their system did not accept the phone. A Best Buy employee also called and was told the same thing. Great phone, great help from Best Buy but no luck with Sprint. I did purchase an unlocked Samsung S9 that was excepted by Sprint.

Always Freezes on Me... DON’T BUY!!!

I had samsung galaxy phones before but this S8+ always freezes on me. Then I had to restart or shut it down to make it work again. I am so disappointed with S8+ because I was expecting it to be better than the previous models. Considering the price of the phone, it makes me really sad. I wish I can return it. My friend also bought Samsung Galaxy S8+ from BestBuy and its also doing it.

Worst Phone Experience

But this S8+ just died today without any notice it just died, all my photos and information are lost now. sooooooo disappointed. I think going back to LG or Sony brand would be a safer choice.

Breaks easily and not for heavy multi-tasking use

Starts cracking from just being in side pocket (by itself). Also the phone is not power user friendly at all. Seems like it would be fine for a social media person, but not for doing many things at once with constant app swapping. Fingerprint scanner in awkward/annoying location too.

The Wifi keeps disconnecting pretty often, which burns data plan. Multiple people have reported the same to samsung and there has been no fix yet.
