The speaker is horrible. Need to pay close attention in other to hear what the other person is saying. Don't even put someone on speaker. It makes a bad noise and the other person can hardly hear u.

Cant use the phone because it was not cleared of the preview owners information

This is my 3rd phone replacement all phones had the same problem. Att and Samsung have both tried to fix it but the phone drops calls every 10 or so mins. Great mini tablet horrible phone.

Paid for a new device on-line and was sent a defective unit. Fingerprint scanner didn't work and packaging looked repacked (used). Beware!!!!

After spending three days with Verizon and Best Buy the phone wasn't compatible with Verizon service. It is advertised to work on Verizon, which is a lie.

Absolutely terrible phone and company. Samsung only cares about your money. Nothing else. Didn't even last 6 months with minimal use.

Was traveling Wifi did not work. Samsung auto updates burned thru my data limit. Making it a $800 paper weight

Bad 3 of them reset on there own 1 bad phone maybe.. but all 3 doing the same THING . can't recommend ...

BEST phone I ever owns. Used. It for 5 years with no problems what so ever. Only reason I got a new phone was the Samsung S8+ was not. 5G or I'd still be using it. The battery was awesome in this phone.

Incredibly fast, amazing design, great camera, and lots of technology. My only complaints would be a slightly slippery design, and the screen is dim unless over 50% brightness. Unlocked version means you can take it to any major carrier and not have to deal with their preinstalled BS weighing down your phone. Plus all black design is exclusive to the unlocked version.

Amazing phone one of my all time favorites even in 2024 I’m writing this review many years later and have had many phones since this one and to date this is still the best phone I’ve had

This is by far the best Galaxy phone ever. It has a huge screen but is very thin and sleek due to the infinity screen, it is very fast, camera is amazing, great features, iris scanner is awesome. Battery life is amazing, fast charging is awesome. I recommend this phone to everyone!

I saved up to buy this phone when I was work my first job at six flags!!! It was a great phoneee.. loved the display and user interface!

Excellent phone! I had some reservations switching from my Nexus 6P but have been quite pleased with the overall performance of the phone. Bixby leaves something to be desired but that's minor.

-Had this phone for a week, great phone. Pros: -#1: Easy to use -#2: Good speed, could be faster. -#3: Great camera. -#4: Love the headphones that came with it, hopefully the next-gen will have wireless headphones. Cons: -#1: The external speaker sucks. -#2: The voicemail needs to be able to hold more voicemails. -#3: Needs more memory, Phones that cost half this price have way better speakers. -#4: Needs wireless headphones, we are not in the age of the walk man radio anymore!

Hand down amazing phone i just come from having iphone 6s. Faster internet better pic. And it cheaper then iphone. I will never go back not only that the battery last twice of iphone. But one think i hate there update. It not that different but i prefer the old me. There no need to update phone but u can and it still 5 star.
