My wife had an S3 and was talked into upgrading to the Pixel 2 by a salesman at another store. From the start she wasn't impressed but stuck it out. Then one day the screen just died. So she went back to Samsung and is happy again. Phone has great call quality and good speakers. The camera takes wonderful pictures, the operating system is fast, and the display is fantastic.

S9 is a great phone, speed, battery life. New phone so updates come often.

The camera is great. I like the location of the fingerprint, as opposed to the iPhone, and it works better, too. I like the design of the apps and homepage, as well as the option to choose the designs. The keyboard is a little harder to type on than the iPhone, and swype sometimes replaces words that aren’t wrong. Love organizing photos into different albums. Way better than iphone!

I like the phone so far. The curved screen makes me feel like the phone is going to slip out of my hands - still getting used to it! Nice quality pictures, easy to use.

As usual the Samsung Galaxy is a great phone. Upgraded from the S7 to the S9. Love that Samsung kept the headphone jack and still has the memory card slot. Thank you Samsung for not following the Apple model of taking away useful features and forcing your fans to adapt. Didn't buy this for the camera but have to admit the camera on this phone is amazing! Takes great pics and videos.

I love the sharpness of pictures and that you can add extra memory.

I like it I had some problems when I first got it when you put it on speaker phone everyone would say I'm muffled so I went to Samsung and they took care of it right off very good customer service I still have a problem with speaker phone if I lay my phone down and try to talk on it they say I'm muffled I haven't called Samsung back again I never had any problems with my Samsung Galaxy s6 but it wasn't working good so I decide to get a new one the camera's great but It drags as little so I'm going to look at the settings other then those 2 things it's good i would have given it a 5 if it wasn't for the speaker

I stay with the Samsung brand for a reason and this phone definitely does not disappoint. I have the 'Plus' but my son wanted the smaller version to fit in his pocket better. The overall size is smaller than the 'Plus' (obviously) but the screen size and clarity does not disappoint. Until I'm proven otherwise it will continue to be Samsung for us over and over again!
