So many bells and whistles, it's almost overwhelming what this mini-computer can do. Camera feature seems professional qualify (I'm not a photographer), but again, amazing and overwhelming what this thing can do. Best Buy was able to transfer ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from my IPhone over to the S9.

Extensive Features with Excellent Camera

She was able to use the significant number of additional features without issue and was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the image generated. So far all is well and based on our prior experience with the previous Samsung phone don’t anticipate issues herewith.

Glad I upgraded from my S7

I'm 90% happy the finger print scan is on the back, but 10% wishes while laying flat on the desk, you could unlock. The rest of the S9 seems to be fantastic. Camera, video, etc. are much better. Seamless transfer with the help of the Best Buy folks in store. Kudos.

I own more Samsung products than most people, from tablets, frig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and the numerous 4K TVs (6) in my house. The phone hasn't disappointed me at all. The S9 is as advanced as other $$$ phones, and compared to my wife's iPhone X, it surpassed my expectations.

Bestbuy is the best

Upgraded to the 9 and what a difference .I had cracked my 8 plus and went to Verizon to discuss the issue.no solution. As always ended up at bestbuy. Bestbuy are the problem solvers or just well staffed. I not only got a new phone a new plan and lowered my bill by 30 bucks.I just feel better when I leave.Keep doing what u do...
