i upgraded from the s7. This is a big step. it's pretty sleek, but easily will slip out of hands or shirt pocket if leaning over so I recommend a case definitely for protection (I bought the Supcase Unicorn Beetle...not sure if best buy has it, but I've been using this brand for 4 years and happy). Best buy had the best deal on this phone even though I got it a couple of months after it came out. I've bought my last 3 phones in the last decade from Best Buy and pretty happy with the process. Great phone though, would buy again. Very happy with Samsung & BBY

I've had this phone for some time now and have been totally satisfied. The camera is awesome as it takes great pictures. Samsung continues to be my go-to phone.

Decided to come back to Samsung after having a Motorola for the last 2 phones and am glad I did. The only thing I do not like is the Bixby button on the side that I keep accidentally pressing.

THIS IS A GREAT PHONE WITH AN AWESOME CAMERA! I HAD AN S5 SO THIS WAS AN UPGRADE. QUITE THE LEARNING CURVE THOUGH. TOOK ME 2 WEEKS & A COUPLE OF FREE CLASSES TO GET THE HANG OF IT. I LOVE IT NOW!!

I decided to NOT purchase the S10 even though it had just come out. For over $200 less the S9 is still plenty strong and a great option, unless you just NEED the latest/greatest.

Ive had this phone for 2 years now and can honestly say it's one of the best phones Ive had. No problems from it whatsoever. Battery is still going strong even.

traded up from a galaxy s8 to the galaxy s9. basically does all the things the galaxy s8 can do but with slightly better graphics. even the camera is a little better. I like it. it's a great phone.

I recently switched from an iphone to a Samsung Galaxy. While there is a learning curve, the Samsung is every much as intuitive as the iphone. I find the complete compatibility with Alexa and Amazon more convenient. However, connectedness across other phones lacks compared to iPhones. For instance, it has been difficult to synch calendars with my wife's phone and we both use Google Calendars. Also Safari is superior to Chrome. Other than these two issues, my galaxy is faster, has a much better battery, and better camera than my old iphone.

Great device. I switched to a pixel for my last phone upgrade but came back to the S9 this time. It's light thin and smaller than my pixel xl, but more screen size. Only wish the android updates would come quicker. The pixel did get the the latest and greatest. I went to an older android version with the S9 and have to wait.

Overall the phone is great, camera is awesome. I may just need to read how to do some different things I was use to doing with old Samsung6. Like making edits when forwarding a message.

Three of my family members bought Samsung Galaxy 9 phones. It is very fast, light, and easy to use! It takes very clear, sharp pictures, and have a good memory space. A lot of fun apps too.

If you are an android person, this is the phone for you and you will not be disappointed. As an extra bonus you are going to love the camera. So many feature and filters it will amaze you

Purchased for my husband who’s HTC phone was dying. Has a great battery life, he can go without charging it for a full day, features are awesome. He hates bixby, but no phone is perfect.

I have always liked the andriods, this is my favorite phone so far!! Love all the camera features, easy to use, and love the clarity of the screen!! Will stick with my Galaxys!! Love it

Tired of big phones so i shifted from s8+ to s9 and no doubt its just amazing to put in your pocket without that bulkiness and it just fits my cup holder in my truck. Its all about size for me!

As they've done before they changed the power cord connection. Apple does it too. What would happen if lamp or appliance makers kept changing the plugs. At some point this needs to be standardized so I don't have so many cords to keep track of or throw away. But hey, once powered the phone is great so far. I like the new features
