Excellent phone, upgraded from Galaxy S8. VERY EASY to load from old phone using SmartSwitch. Great offer from Best Buy, saved over $350

I love this phone! I have had it for a year and it still runs so smoothly. The display is beautiful and the processor is really fast.

Still getting used to the new phone but really like the size and weight of the phone. Lot's of new options I did not have on old phone.

I have gone to this phone from a Moto Z Force, and the transition was smooth. Smaller phone with almost the same amount of screen space.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S4 and wow! This phone is so much more than I expected. The battery life is great and I love everything about it!

Great phone but not happy with Bixby, Samsung's version of Siri. Purchased from best buy, the next week it was cheaper through version.

Strong learning curve for me. Price is steep. WOULD NEVER buy apple so Samsung it is. Camera is stunning and I am able to play my games

Samsung S9 with 64 GB is an unbelievable phone. I still haven't figured out everything that I can do with it. Verizon has great service.

I upgraded from an S4. Still getting used to how it works. I like the bigger screen. The sound quality of phone calls is much better.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 replaced my S7. Love the new features and speed. The camera takes clear & sharp photos. Glad I made the switch.

I had the S8 plus and it was just too big for me. I wasn't going to get the smaller S9, and then Best Buy came out with a gold one . . . and I couldn't help but buy it. I was hoping for a gold one when I bought my previous phone, but the S8 series didn't have that color. Thanks Best Buy! I really love this phone. It scrolls faster than the iPhone 8 and has better screen sensitivity. Plus the eye unlock thing is cool too.

I need the glass shield and the phone is sometimes very difficult to use the touch function with that on. Very frustrating at times. Then sometimes it works like a charm. Haven't used the camera much yet see the improvements. Had a s7 and loved that camera.

We've been Samsung phone users for a long time (ever since we had camera issues with iPhones). Never had issues with any of our Samsungs *knock on wood. Love the phone. Although sometimes the facial recognition and/or fingerprint recognition doesn't always work and then we have to use an alternate unlock we chose such as an unlock code (reliable). Only true con is cost. All Smartphones are getting increasingly expensive over the years.

Got this for the hubby, who is technology illiterate, he's doing just fine! Easy to use, many options makes this phone a must have!

I have had a galaxy since the s5 came out. They are the best phones. They take great pictures, and basically my whole life is on it.

Upgrade was smooth. Unit is very responsive and battery lasts all day and then some. Was upgraded to Pie so was happy about that.
