I transitioned from S5 to the S9. Easy transition as far as functionality goes. Faster operational response from the phone.

I wanted to upgrade my old phone and S9 was on promotion. This is a great phone with a camera that takes amazing pictures.

Went from a galaxy s6 to this s9. Camera is awesome. Screen clarity is way better. I personally don't care for Bixby.

Awesome phone with an amazing camera and screen display. Not too big of a fan of the edge feature but Samsung Galaxy no longer offers a flat screen option. But overall great phone and especially like the night camera option.

Best Buy phone contracts vary from phone to phone throughout the year. This was a last minute decision that I made during the beginning of the summer and I was sick of my old phone shutting down on me or heating up too quick. Thankfully this contract was the perfect budgeting phone for 2 years and I was able to budget and pay it off earlier. A great smartphone for a great price spread out throughout 2 years.

If battery life is a primary concern, stop looking and buy this phone. I can go 12+ hrs and still have 50%+ battery life.

Plenty of power and a very good camera. Been a Samsung phone user for a while, TBD: if the wife will like the color..

Great phone. Cool sub windows with short cuts. Phone has neat auto functions, it take care of itself. Guest buy was great.

This phone replaced a Galaxy S4. The S9 is much faster but the battery life could be better. Overall, it is a great phone.

Switched from an iPhone. The phone is very nice and much faster than iOS. Love the on screen display and customization. I wish u could get rid of Bixby and remove all the duplicative Samsung apps. Doing that would make it perfect.

I’ve had several Samsung phones, this is the best so far. Not a bad thing about this phone. Bixby button can be ignored.

I went from a G5 to a G9. I was as worried that I would have a hard time adjusting. Very easy to switch. Camera is awesome.

Gorgeous screen, sensitive keyboard. As a former iPhone user, it took some time to get used to this phone. Also I didn't realize how much battery life this phone used until I had to turn off most of the notifications in the apps.

l bought this phone for my wife to replace her galaxy 5. She is very happy with it impress in how long the batery last .

The camera is excellent. My wife finally agreed to upgrade the phone from S5 to S9. She is happy with the decision.

So far the Samsung Galaxy S9 is working well,I just hope the battery lasts a long time because I use it a lot for work.

Battery lasts much longer than previous s7 that I was charging nearly 3 times a day sometimes. Very happy overall.
