Great Buy! Switched from iOS to an android device.

Haven't had the phones too long but like it so far

This is the worst phone I've ever purchased and the most expensive phone I've ever purchased outright. I had it for 31 days and the screen froze. Best Buy would not give me a refund. I sent it to Samsung, which left me using my old broken phone again, and it was gone for almost a month. Got it back and it was in worse condition than when I sent it in. I sent it back to Samsung. I still haven't received my phone as of today, over two months after initial purchase, and Samsung did not fix it nor did they give me me a tracking number so I do not know where my phone is.

Very good premium phone but its fingerprint magnet

Phone less than 2 yrs old. Noted 6 months ago that battery was lasting only ~4 hrs. Consulted Samsung, who remotely checked phone. I was told I needed a new battery. It was replaced on 2/25/2021 @ cost of $70. No improvement in battery life. Touch sensor on screen is also not sensitive enough. I sometimes need to tap screen multiple times for it to respond. Overall disappointed in this phone. Samsung is pushing me to purchase a Galaxy 21 phone. Extremely expensive. I dont want a new phone. I just want the current one to work without glitches.

My galaxy s9plus stopped working with in 13 days of use. It first frozed and it shut off and it started up again and it kept doing that every 5min or so. I could not use the phone at all because it did not let me get on anything, the screen would go black and it would start over again. Gladly I had my old phone to use while I returned my new one. The good thing was that they returned it with no hesitations since they saw that it was truly broken down. I really want this phone and I just purchased another one and hopefully this one works normally. I am going to give it one more chance and see how things go. If not, this will be the last time I buy a galaxy.

Returned to best buy because the unlocked d in d not have he voice and att v look old not add it. Bought att locked from Weatherford bestbuy which was more knowleable and explained the locked samsung 9+ would come with hd voice

Great phone but only drawback is Samsung gives only 2 major software update and 3 years of security updates. For a premium phone it should support at least 4 years of major software update

Right now I'm using voice to text and Samsung S9 plus seems to have a hard time understanding what I am saying I'm talking with a very clear voice I wish Samsung would fix these issues otherwise this phone seems to be nice

Good performance, the screen displays looks very bright colors The camera is average. Face ID does not work at dark. Touch ID works pretty good. I think it is a little bit expensive price on relation to its features.

Discovered I could not send more than 1 picture through limited message app. With at&t I could send 6 pics at one time. I am returning this phone for at&t because of this and other missing apps I used.

I upgraded from the free phones I got from boost, Samsung j3, these galaxies have quiet speakers, the wifi connection is always slow, when I hang up talking my internet doesnt return right away, takes a minute. The 150$ phone was better than this performance wise. Viber doesnt work well and I can't talk and use web, but on the s5 I could. No wifi calling anymore. Pretty much not an upgrade when the s5 was better than this s9+. Wife got a s9, same thing. I do not recommend them. Try LG or other brand, nothing special but the name.

Samsung Galaxy S9+ review. Phone was good in looks. Battery not that great. Not internet friendly. Not a easy to use device. Earlier versions of Samsung seemed better.

This was a good phone, but battery did not last long. After 2 years, forget it. You need to charge often. Pass on Samsung, go with Sony.

It's bigger, not sure if that's a plus or not. The music plays louder which is good. Haven't really noticed the perks with the camera either. Identifying the caller; priceless!

In store service was so unprofessional the didn't want the product anymore. I will recommend this product but not from the store I went to.

Burn in from God knows when...Must have been running YouTube video in portarait mode as that's what I see it looks like. Not extremely bad but I see it on whites.

It is extremely hard to operate it. Desproportional big. It offers though a lot of options not found in other devices. Overall not a good value for what Is offered.

I was caught up in the hype when this phone came out. I regret buying it now. A lot of my carrier's apps won't work properly like visual voicemail. Other users have said the same thing. Additionally, the phone get warm and freezes at the end of a busy day. I can't seem to figure out what it going on. I've closed all the background apps, restart and shut down the phone. I am afraid to take it in, with fear that they will want to hard reset the device- so I suffer....
