Samsung service SUCKS!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this phone. Then the GPS went out. Samsung Tech who I dealt with for 1 month all told me that if Samsung repair could not fix it I would be sent a NEW 9+ phone NOT a refurb since I was still under warranty. WELL After 10 tech over a course of 1 month could not get it to work via phone support and told me not to worry I sent it in. The first Email from Samsung service was they found the issue with the GPS antenna and was waiting for the part. COOL...But then a week later an email saying the battery would not charge. I had NO issues with teh Battery....4 days later another email saying the display would not come on. I had NO issues with the diplay ever! Thsi phone was in an otter box case and never dropped!. A few more days went by and now an email saying there is cosmetic damage. OMG I called...the manager said I could not speak to the tech but the notes indicate that Samsung broke the back case on my phone. I was sent a crappy refurb. I sent it back! Thais was the firt time I ever bought a phone and paid this much only to have been screwed by Samsung. NOT happy! NEVER send anything in to their so called service Dept. I never got an explanation where my phone went and what happen to it!
