Coming from a Note 5 that Ioved and used for almost three years, the switch to the Galaxy S9+ was great. This phone is everything the reviews say it is. Lighting fast, mega storage with a micro SD card, the best camera in a smartphone and fast charging. I had to upgrade my wife early so she could have one also.

The fingerprint reader in the back is better than on the front like my new phone. This phone is super fast and worth the extra RAM cost. It also takes a huge SD Card. But you can only run games off the system memory. Photos are great and the screen is perfect size too.

You won't find a bigger and better Android phone than the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, thanks to its oversized 6.2-inch curved screen and low-light-defeating dual-lens camera. Sure, it looks exactly like last year's S8 Plus, but it does fix the fingerprint sensor location (it's now center-aligned on the back) and speakers (now stereo). The new AR Emoji mode is overrated, though, and its higher price is tough to justify. This is for people who want the biggest screen and the best camera on one phone.

Good features and very fast. Some software idiosyncrasies. Google/Samsung calendars claim to sync with Outlook but they don't. Set the wrong PIN but doesn't seem to a way to change it. These are minor and just shows how good overall the phone is. As expected the Help and search features are a useless.

Well you get your money worth with just the camera . I bought this phone and was impressed with the camera and the range of option with it. However I couldn’t get myself used to the android UX and had to return it since I have been and iPhone user for a very long time ..... found it to be too complicated with all the permissions pop ups while using apps etc... but if you are an android fan or are looking for a good phone which could replace your digital camera, this is the one ..: hands down.

Samsung Galaxy S9+ has the speed and great screen. The camera is another great feature. I would recommend this phone.

Coming from a strictly iPhone background, it took some time to adjust to the Android format but I have no regrets. This phone's curved display is sleek and beautiful. It's easy to handle. The battery can last up to half the day with moderate usage. Camera is decent and has many fun options for editing.

The phone is great overall. It has a beautiful, crisp display. The camera is great. Bixby is good too. The color is amazing! The only negative thing I have to say about this phone is that I have noticed that the battery drains very quickly and I have to constantly charge it. Fortunately, it charges pretty fast in return. The AR emoji thing is cute but a little funky. It still needs a little work in my opinion, lol. It can look a bit demented at times but it's funny. Overall, I think it's great.

I bought the samsung s9+ unlocked. Im happy about the decision I made . This phone is what I expected it to be. I love everything about it except for the Bixby app - can't seem to turn it off or delete it. It's rather annoying bc it keeps popping up. Other than that, Thank you best buy!

I got this phone for my wife. Great Phone. Not a fan of Bixby, but the phone works great. Takes good pics as well.

The battery last me all day under heavy use. The camera works really well in low light. The speaker volume is a little.

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is not a phone for those who haven't got a decent amount of experience with a smart phone. I've had smart phones since they came out and I am certainly still finding new things everyday on this phone. I do not however prefer Bixby. It does not seem to learn well.

Although anything would be an upgrade over my (only sometimes working) LG G4, this is far nicer than I imagined. The perfectly located fingerprint reader is speedy and accurate, the screen is beautiful, the battery easily lasts a full day, and it is feature rich (as expected from a Samsung phone).

I wasnt expecting much when I purchased the s9+ I just needed a new phone to hold me over until the s10 came out but surprisingly I love this phone! The camera is phenomenal its fast and doesn't freeze up and has a lot of cool hidden feature. I was definitely suggest getting this phone

We were changing carriers and needed new phones, and didn't want to burden my phone plan with two phone payments. They worked wonderfully, the transfer went without issue, and the phones are working very well. Well done Samsung and Best Buy, for providing this phone unlocked.

The Best Buy salesperson was great. Transferred all of the data. I like the features. The camera takes beautiful pictures. Easy to add features like games to play. All of the apps are on the same page. The fingerprint to access the phone is very handy and all iui ww fast access.

I just switched back from being an I phone 6s user for two years, the camera is amazing. Texting and emailing or just general messaging is overwhelming, there are too many apps and services that want to take over your whole communication. I do like that there are a billion apps on the play store unlike apple, but I don't like how the Samsung services try to take over everything, your web browsing, your contacts, you passwords to websites... it's terrible. The keyboard is terrible for texting or emailing, it is so frustrating! Because the screen is curved, you have to hit the flat part of the screen just right to get the letter you want, and the auto spell, puts words into the text while your still spelling them so when you look at your text, its just all nonsense, I have to play around with the keyboard, maybe there is another one or a setting I can change.

Best Samsung phone I have ever purchased and I have owned samsung phones since cell phones started coming out in the early 90's. Buy unlocked if you can. Less bloatware and the phone is lightning quick. Build quality and screen are top. Buy a case to protect the nice glass back. Good luck!

The new galaxy s9+ is fast, and easy to operate to someone who is use to running android. Thus, your great grandparent who has never touched a smart phone would not like this phone. If you're use to Android, you'll love this phone. The customized options make this worth every penny!
